As Saab continues to grow its advanced manufacturing facility in West Lafayette, IN, we are seeking Structural Assemblers to build the aft fuselage for the U.S. Air Force new military trainer, the T-7A Red Hawk. These positions are responsible for assembling the aircraft structure, training new team members and taking an active role in defining our state-of-the-art production system. Assemblers selected will receive paid, on-site job training through our Aerospace structures training academy.
Responsibilities include:
Execute standardized working procedures to deliver 100% quality according to requirements to install systems and final mechanical assembly on the aircraft structure
Deliver work according to quality requirements and work instructions; implement the requirements in daily ways of working in a team-based environment
Support daily, incremental continuous improvement highlighting advancement opportunities in safety, quality, cost, delivery, and morale
Ability to complete functional testing of assemblies
Handling of “Class A” surfaces which includes touch-up painting
Sign off when work is complete according to specification
Support the training and transfer knowledge to new employees

Compensation: Starting hourly rate $23-$25, depending on relevant aerostructure experience

Skills and Experience:
2+ years relevant Assembly or hand tool operation experience required, experience with aircraft structure assembly is a plus

Task and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following:
Basic Computer skills and knowledge.
Provide excellent customer service by ensuring all your clients needs are met and are treated professionally.
Ability to properly engage with all clients by building good relationships and understanding and meeting their needs as a client.
Ability to create customized recommendations for spa, sunless, and UV equipment and product routines for clientele.
Ability to maintain the minimum sales requirements.
Ability to multi-task such as cleaning spa, sunless, and UV equipment as clients leave and engaging new clients upon their arrival.
Assists with maintaining cleanliness of spa rooms, lobby area, restrooms, laundry, and storage areas.
Ability to work cohesively with a team in an upbeat and fast-paced spa, sunless and UV tanning environment while upholding all company policies and procedures.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time.
Ability to bend at the waist to clean spa, sunless, and UV equipment.
Ability to lift or assist in lifting items and heavy boxes.
Ability to bend down to pick up trash, towels, etc. from the floors.
Ability to perform spa, sunless, and UV cleaning functions including dusting, sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, etc.

Howard County Oral Surgeons is seeking a Part Time Dental Assistant to join our oral surgery office. The ideal candidate will be assisting during oral surgery procedures and performing all back-office duties. This role requires strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Duties
Assisting in oral surgery procedures, taking x-rays, sterilization of instruments, and setting up surgical rooms.
Manage patient records and ensure all information is accurate and up to date.
Experience
Previous experience in a dental or medical office is preferred.
X-ray Certification is a plus.
Familiarity with a dental/patient scheduling software system is a plus.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with patients.
