Job Summary: The Job Corps Mental Health and Wellness Program is coordinated by a licensed mental health professional responsible for overall direction of the program.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Provides mental health assessments for applicants and students to examine mood, behavior, thinking, reasoning, and other areas related to emotional wellness.
Collaborates with TEAP Specialist regarding support and intervention needs of students with co-occurring conditions of mental health and substance use.
Provides documentation and referrals of students who are recommended for separation from the program.
Collaborates with counseling staff in developing and/or leading psycho-educational skill-building groups to promote wellness (e.g., relaxation training, anger management, mood regulation, assertiveness skills, handling relationships, sleep hygiene, etc.).

The CMHC( Center Mental Health Consultant) may conduct a mental health evaluation, when necessary, in the event of a mental health emergency and, refer the student for psychiatric care.
The CMHC may make referrals to off-center mental health professionals or agencies for ongoing treatment and/or specialized services.
The CMHC must provide a written referral/feedback system and document in the Student Health Record.
Approves and signs MH Health Care Guidelines that include Health Staff Treatment Guidelines and Non-Health Symptomatic Management Guidelines

Minimum: Active, unrestricted license to practice as an independent practitioner in state where center is located and does not require supervision to practiced. Clinical/Counseling Psychologist or Clinical Social Worker. A one-time waiver may be requested for candidates with a master's degree or higher in behavioral health, and a license to practice independently in the state.

Position Objective
The objective of this personnel services contract will be to reduce the childcare assistance application processing time after clients are identified during the intake process by screening for completeness and completing follow-up activities with clients, including status updates. Temporary staff should be expected to complete a backlog of follow-up within two (2) months and thereafter review 1-3 applications per day. Temporary staff will also be expected to support the accuracy of one-time payments and recoupments/overpayments by reconciling payments to distribution calculations completing all backlog within two months and thereafter reconciling all payment issues related to the program weekly. Temporary staff will support recertification requirements related to expanded eligibility by closing cases for clients that have not recertified, facilitating recertification to gather supporting documentation and sending out certification letters completing a backlog of recertification activities within two (2) months and thereafter reviewing 1-3 recertifications per day.
Scope of Work
Temporary staff shall:
Screen childcare assistance applications, identify over-payments, place phone calls to clients with missing documents or signatures, lose out cases that have not been recertified, assist in reviewing worker caseloads, ensure all files are present and help reproduce non-existent files as needed.
Assist with the distribution process for one-time payments and identifying overpayments, collecting documentation, researching any payment issues to childcare providers and sending out form closure letters to parents and childcare providers. 3. Work with the State of New Mexico Human Services Department integrated eligibility system, Automated System Program and Eligibility Network (ASPEN) and the State of New Mexico Department of Workforce Solutions systems to place phone calls about recertification, send out recertification letters, review various application status reports and provide updates on the status of applications.
Review paperwork submitted by clients for accuracy. Interview clients to assess the need for care. Determine eligibility and create placement agreements for childcare assistance programs by utilizing our internal database. Send correspondence to clients and providers. Implement and follow Federal and State policies regarding the program.
Have minor duties related to using the reports to search for issues with application processing and support other local regional staff as required.

BASIC FUNCTION:
Within the scope of delegated authority, the Chattel Evaluator II conducts site visits as well as verification and valuations of chattel collateral using third party verification sources. Is responsible for the coordination and completion of Chattel Evaluations across multiple states and commodities. * Responsible for the proper execution of evaluations for the designated commodities. Has expertise in evaluating a sufficient cross section of the collateral financed by the Association: Vineyards, Dairies, Trees, Fruits & Nuts, Timber, Field Crops, Veggies & Berries, Nurseries, Livestock, Feedlot, Poultry, Winery, Forest Products, Other Marketing Processing or Farm Equipment. Will actively work towards obtaining expertise in additional commodities to adequately service the Association needs.
* The Chattel Evaluator II will assist with the Association's lending process by joining or coordinating with the lending team in customer calls and business development.
* Ensures that evaluations meet review criteria, including internal review/Internal Audit, for the designated commodities, addresses any areas of deficiencies as noted.
* Is able to independently assess, verify and evaluate chattel collateral up to $5MM in Delegated Evaluation Authority and able to independently complete or provide adequate supervision to others to complete all Evaluation Levels up to Minimum Scope Evaluations which require site visits and verification and valuation of chattel collateral using 3rd party verification sources and Fair Market Value.
* Is able to assist in the completion of Evaluations outside of Delegated Authority.
* Signs off on lower level valuations outside of staff's individual Designated Evaluation Authority.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

- Prioritize safety for themselves, colleagues, contractors, and the public
- Conduct scheduled preventive and corrective mechanical service on gas compression units
- Enter and validate compressor readings and downtime
- Monitor the condition of equipment by analyzing compressor/engine temperatures and pressures
- Diagnose and troubleshoot engine/compressor failures accurately and efficiently
- Perform necessary rebuilds/overhauls of compressors, engines, and controls on gas compressor packages either in the field or in a shop
- Conduct all assigned tasks in a professional manner
- Submit accurate maintenance reports, timesheets, and other necessary paperwork daily
- Maintain communication with management
- Ensure all equipment is in a clean and presentable state
- Complete any additional tasks as delegated
Skills/Capabilities/Education:
- Strong knowledge of machines, tools, materials, methods, and tools involved in repairing compression units
- 10+ years of relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. A minimum of one year in a vocational/technical training or apprenticeship program is preferred but not required.
- Self -motivated individual capable of working independently and efficiently with little or no supervision
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety guidelines, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Capable of adapting to changes in the work environment and managing competing demands
- Ability to identify and solve problems in a timely manner
- Mechanical intuition or ability
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
