Pros of working at Rotary International
The organization was supportive of my work and offered insight when I needed it, yet I was also given the creative freedom to create new tools for social media marketing and community outreach.
Cons of working at Rotary International
I was tasked with connecting the organization with young members of the community, and at times it was challenging to communicate my new outreach ideas to the organization's older staff members.
