As a Level 2 machinist you will be responsible for setting up 2-3 jobs per day, for short runs, on one of our modern CNC Lathes utilizing Fanuc controls: Mori Seiki, Okuma, Haas, or Nakamura-Tome. Every day you will enter a shop that is clean, climate controlled, and offering every resource necessary to help you be successful. Your work at Rotary Systems will be comfortable, yet challenging.
Responsibilities:• Prepare the machine for daily use, and perform basic machine maintenance• Utilize the Machinists Handbook as a reference guide for operation• Load programs from the network onto the machine• Perform first article setup• Read and interpret a Gibs Cam set-up sheet• Read and interpret G&M code program at the machine• Read and interpret prints in order to callout dimensional sizes of various part features• Locate or create proper work holding (boring jaws) and install• Set tool lengths using tool pre-setter / probe• Locate, install, setup, and touch off tooling• Set tool geometry offsets• Set work coordinates• Run the first article through the program tool by tool• Make minor program edits at the machine• Utilize industry standard measuring equipment - including but not limited to micrometers, bore gauges, height stands, thread gauges• Inspect your own parts during first article set-up, between cycles and prior to obtaining Quality Department inspections• Basic operation of a CNC Lathe: loading and unloading parts, starting and stopping cycle runs• Run 2 machines in one work center, as situation dictates• Check and change tooling between cycles

In this role, you will be manufacturing blood products and samples. You will be processing blood products after the units have been received from the donors. This will involve scanning in the units of blood, processing the units into transfusable components (red cells, platelets, and expressing plasma) and leukoreducing.

Standard Schedule
:
Tuesday- Friday 6:00 pm- 2:30 am & Saturday, 3:00 pm- 11:30 pm
Training:
First 4- week of employment; Monday- Friday 8 am- 4:30 pm. This is paid training at the standard hourly rate.
Pay Information
$20.39 hourly rate plus shift differential pay will be added to hours worked after 3:00 pm during the week and all hours worked on the weekend. ($2.25- $3.50 more per hour for this shift.)
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
High School or equivalent required.
Minimum 2 years of related experience in a regulatory, laboratory, or manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and related experience preferred.
Good computer skills, ability to use a wide variety of programs and laboratory equipment, attention to detail, accurate documentation, and good decision-making skills.
Good communication skills, with the ability to work on a team, as well as independently with minimal supervision

* Make minor repairs and complete projects as needed, to include acquiring supplies from vendors.

* Serve as primary point of contact for contractors and paid service work.

* If property is unused a site visit should happen at least every two weeks to verify condition, security, etc.
* Business Responsibilities
* Comply with established council business procedures including bookkeeping of petty cash (monthly reconciliation to council accounting) and other funds.

Responsibilities:
• Prepare the machine for daily use, and perform basic machine maintenance
• Utilize the Machinists Handbook as a reference guide for operation
• Load programs from the network onto the machine
• Perform first article setup
• Read and interpret a Gibs Cam set-up sheet
• Read and interpret G&M code program at the machine
• Read and interpret prints in order to callout dimensional sizes of various part features
• Locate or create proper work holding (indicating fixtures) and install
• Set tool lengths using tool pre-setter / probe
• Locate, install, setup, and touch off tooling
• Set tool geometry offsets
• Set work coordinates
• Run the first article through the program tool by tool
• Make minor program edits at the machine

Strong mechanical aptitude is a must for this position as it is your responsibility to understand Rotary Systems product capabilities and the customer's unique needs. As an Entry Level Sales Engineer, you will be focused on current customer support, gaining repeat orders, and fielding company driven leads.
Responsibilities:
• Cultivate relationships with current customers
• Qualify company generated leads through phone/email conversations and internet research
• Utilize company ERP & CRM for customer management and documenting sales process steps
• Recommend available Rotary Systems solutions to solve the customer's needs
• Gather all necessary information for building an accurate quote and deliver
• Follow-up on completed sales to ensure customer satisfaction
• Create new business opportunities from current customers
• Continuously build and maintain application, industry and technical knowledge
• Work as a team with other company departments and staff
• Develop and maintain intimate customer knowledge and understanding to decisively determine the appropriate time to leverage internal company resources and personnel to close the sale
• Develop in-depth Rotary Systems product knowledge
• Participate in sales forecasting and planning; meet reporting and sales activity requirements as defined by management
• Professionally communicate in a proactive and timely manner with customers to identify customer needs (where RSI provides value), and propose solutions in an effective manner to meet customer requirements
• Respond to incoming customer web and phone inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
• Other duties as needed to support the sales department
Required Qualifications:
• High School diploma or GED
• Electrical and mechanical aptitude
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Clear, efficient, effective communicator
• Outstanding listening skills and open-ended questioning to allow for customers to communicate and the technical sales candidate to learn the customers' application
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, absorb information and retain knowledge
• Must be self-motivated and organize your own workload
• Patience for long sales cycles
• Solve problems with minimal direction
• Ability to switch focus and change direction fast
• Must be computer literate with good communication skills utilizing Microsoft Office software
• Professionally aggressive and passionate about solving customers' challenges
• Strong attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications:
2-year or 4-year college degree in business, marketing, engineering or a related technical field is preferred
2-5 years' experience in technical sales or similar role with strong customer interaction
Experience using MRP/ERP systems
