General Overview
The Data Quality Assurance/Training Assistant helps the Data Quality & Training Manager to ensure and enforce data quality of all transactions generated by Data Services team (Evanston and Pune, India) and other Rotary database users (staff worldwide, online users and data integration vendors). This position is responsible for verifying data quality reports and queries, correcting errors and tracking them. This position also helps with the testing of database system new releases and upgrades, error resolution issues and improvement of RI/TRF database in general.
This position helps with enforcing the data quality of the Data Services team (Evanston and Pune) on all processes in accordance with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs) of the Data Services. This includes but not limited to - Club Invoice adjustments, Rotary/Satellite/Rotaract/Interact Clubs, Rotary Program Participants, membership & subscription data, membership/donor record consolidations, district officers and committee members. This position requires extreme accuracy in entering data to the system and ability to follow written and verbal instruction completely, flexibility and adaption of changes in instructions and data rules. This position serves as a liaison between internal clients and Pune team and helps the manager with training and the preparation of training materials for all processes absorbed by the Shared Service Model.
Flexibility of working hours to accommodate training of and meeting with staff in Pune and International Offices is mandatory.

You Will Be Responsible For
Maintaining data
* Handle data quality assurance aspects for all database transactions, including:
* Club Invoice adjustments
* Newly chartered Rotary clubs and membership
* Newly chartered club sponsored organizations
* District Officers and Committees
* Convention Registration
* Membership and officer updates for all organization types
* Participants in RI/TRF programs (alumni, youth exchange, grant recipients, etc.)
* Donors and other Rotary constituents
* Record consolidation
* Additional areas as identified and assigned
* Run data quality exception reports to review, track and correct data;
* Analyze data quality exception reports to find trends of errors and inform the Manager of Data Quality & Training to take appropriate action accordingly;
* Investigate and analyze Club Invoice data for Rotary clubs in order to make a decision for the billing adjustment approval;
* Review and spot check received data updates to ensure that data is handled correctly and in a timely manner;
* Work with all RI/TRF Departments and International Offices to identify data error issues and correct them;
* Assist in all data cleansing and ad hoc testing as required by the organization;
* Ad Hoc testing of prospective vendors for data integration;
* Handle special projects as assigned by Data Quality & Training Manager.
Shared Services Process responsibilities
* Handle data quality issues for all processes absorbed by the Shared Service Model and serve as a liaison between internal clients and Pune team;
* Proofread and establish an error rate for all transactions processed by staff worldwide, online or software vendors;
* Assist in improving data quality of all Data Services staff by conducting training in various aspects of data processing and by enforcing optimal procedures;
* Help with training and the preparation of training materials as needed for Pune Data Services team for all processes absorbed by the Shared Service Model. Create and update training materials on a continuously basis to reflect changes in all processes;
* Lead training sessions for Pune Data Services team or International Offices staff as assigned;
Assist with Rotary Magazine circulation
* Create and distribute data files for monthly issue of The Rotarian (print and digital) and prepare monthly statistics;
* Help with preparation of statistics and gather materials for yearly audit of The Rotarian magazine;

Position Overview

With oversight from the Senior Director of Innovation & Impact, manage the grants portfolio, ensuring requirements are met & budgets are spent appropriately & timely.

Job Duties:

• Provide oversight for the administrative needs of the youth ministries.
• Lead and assist location leaders and volunteer teams about curriculum, leader recruitment/development, and scheduling.
• Invest in leadership development to put in place leaders equipped to fulfill a family based disciple making ministry.
• Develop and implement a plan for ongoing parent training and encouragement.
• Plan and administer all-church ministry events including connection events, camps, conferences, retreats, gatherings, and other similar events.
• Develop and manage the youth budget.
• Lead and mobilize digital ministry - use of technology to make the gospel known in the time and space in which we live.
• Meet regularly with location leaders for prayer, mentoring, ministry training & coordination, planning, and accountability.
• Participate in weekly staff and pastoral meetings.
Skills/Qualifications:
• Must become an active member of New Life with strong ties to our vision and mission.
• Minimum of 5 years of leadership experience with youth leaders; previous experience building a program for youth.
