Job Summary:
We're hiring Fixed Wing Pilots to provide medical air transportation services to our customers. This pilot will be qualified to fly our King Air 200 aircraft. Minimum Required Qualifications:
Commercial Airplane Multi Engine Land (C-AMEL) Required.

Valid and unexpired drivers license.
Current FAA Class I or II Medical Certificate.

Responsibilities:
Pilot will work with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities.
Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and company requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties.
Maintain accurate company and regulatory documentation and record keeping for shifts, load manifests, etc.
Effectively communicate and collaborate with both air and ground dispatch, flight crews, facilities and partners.
Provide shift change info to transitioning pilot and team, and follows protocols for recording company change board details.
Pilots are accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing ground and air training.
Working Conditions:
Required to work in outside weather conditions.
Must be able to work night, day, and overnight shifts as assigned.
May need to de-ice the plane, assist with towing the aircraft and maneuvering in and out of the hangar, prep the plane for flight.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to stand, walk, climb, bend, balance, sit, crouch, kneel, or crawl unassisted for extended periods of time.
May assist with loading patients, lift and/or move up to 150 pounds cumulative with assistance.

Your eligibility begins once you complete your Private Pilot Certificate.

Qualifications
Must have at least a private pilot certificate
Must be a current flight student OR CFI, actively instructing
No more than three check ride failures
No accident or incident determined by the NTSB to be negligent on behalf of the pilot/aviator
Ability to obtain a First-Class Medical
Ability to obtain a Valid Passport
Ability to obtain FCC Restricted Radio Operator's Permit
Must be able to meet the necessary hours and qualification under the ATP requirements or the restricted ATP requirements
Cadets eligible for a R-ATP (1000 or 1250 hours), must have no more than 700 hours
Cadets requiring ATP (1500 hours), must have no more than 1200 hours
If hired, must be able to demonstrate that you are authorized to work in the US

+ Night sorties or IFR shall only occur on recovery, training or ferry flights.

+ Capable of computing and annotating weight and balance logs for the aircraft.

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED is required.
+ Must meet the training and qualification requirements of all applicable technical data.
+ Must possess a valid FAA commercial pilot certificate with rotorcraft and instrument ratings.

The primary focus of the Million Air/American Jet International team is saving lives, which provides a unique life style option to the typical 135 pilot with extended trips away from home and family.
The 135-charter fleet is made up of a variety of mid cabin aircraft. We will train in specific aircraft type with requisite hours.
Responsibilities and Duties
Work to ensure safety is never compromised, working with the safety manager
Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
Develop a rapport with aircraft owners and passengers
Inspect aircraft for cleanliness and upkeep prior to guest arrival
Communicate often and in a timely fashion in person, by phone, and by email. Advise flight ops of customer preferences

Flight Operations & Safety
Act as RPIC / Co-Pilot for test flights, rehearsals, and live shows; maintain command/control of the swarm.
Lead comprehensive pre-mission planning: site survey, grid/coordinate design, pad layout, margin offsets, termination zones, redundancy, and emergency procedures.
Ensure full regulatory compliance: FAA Part 107, Remote ID, airspace authorizations (via LAANC / DroneZone), night operations, and over-people rules when applicable.

Configure and validate RTK GNSS / ground station systems, redundancy, firmware, and containment logic pre-flight.
Load, simulate, validate, and monitor show files; manage change control and version history.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Responsibilities Include:
Ensure all paperwork is finished in a neat and accurate manner.
Keep the Lead Pilot/Area Manager informed of the operational status of his/her aircraft and makes sure the aircraft is airworthy before, during and after the flight.
Represents PHI in a professional manner which includes being neat in appearance and courteous to all internal and external customers.
Complies with other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Report all aircraft mechanical malfunctions by entering them in the aircraft engineering logbook.
Communicates mission status elements including itineraries, estimated time of arrival, etc., with medical crew, passengers, Communication Center, and Maintenance as appropriate.
Loads and unloads stretcher patients and/or isolettes onto aircraft.
Completes written logs and reports as required by the company and the FAA.
