    THE ROLE The Director of Corporate Development is a high-impact role responsible for financial analysis, strategic support and growth initiatives across RMS. This individual will work closely with RMS's private equity sponsor (Arcline), the CEO, CFO, segment leaders, and cross-functional teams. PRIMARY ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic Finance & Business Partnership Partner with segment leaders to support financial and operational decision-making. Develop and track KPIs and performance metrics. Provide financial analysis and recommendations to executive leadership. Prepare clear, concise presentations for the Board, private equity sponsor, and senior leadership. Corporate Development & M&A Lead financial modeling, valuation, and analytical work for acquisitions and strategic initiatives. Support and coordinate cross-functional due diligence efforts. Lead post-acquisition integration efforts and support newly acquired businesses as they join RMS. Financial Analysis & Capital Markets Support financing and refinancing activities as needed. Prepare sponsor reports and materials for private equity engagement. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning. Enhance financial models and reporting tools to improve clarity and insight. Cross-Functional Collaboration Build strong relationships with accounting, operations, engineering, and manufacturing teams. Support initiatives related to productivity, cost optimization, pricing, and operational improvement. REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 10 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, M&A-focused corporate development. or strategic finance roles (ideally a mix thereof). Experience working with private equity (in a PE-backed company, advisory capacity, or within PE). Significant M&A and FP&A experience including valuation, modeling, trend analysis, due diligence, and integration. Experience in an industrial, energy, engineered products, or operationally intensive business is helpful but not required. REQUIRED EDUCATION Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Engineering, or related field. ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS This position will be based full-time in our Houston, TX or Bethlehem, PA locations. Expected travel 0-15%. This is an on-site position requiring a minimum of 3 days per week in the office. Flexibility for remote work may be available based on efficiency and coordination with the manager.     Rotating Machinery Services, Inc. is seeking qualified Rotating Equipment Mechanics to work 2nd shift (3:00pm to 11:00pm) that will perform a variety of mechanical operations / tasks on turbomachinery components and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and quality requirements. This position requires experience working on pumps, gearboxes, compressors, and Blowers. The requirements below are the minimum requirements an employee needs to fulfill this position. They are representative of the knowledge, skills and ability required for the position. JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Unit disassembly, cleaning, and inspection including the accurate collection and recording of technical inspection data for equipment repair proposals. Maintain, diagnose, and repair all types of rotating equipment. Complete required maintenance to return equipment back to customer operating condition, per OEM specifications. Prepare and complete service documentation. Maintaining clear and concise daily work records. Use of basic problem-solving skills in terms of gathering facts, analyzing the cause, and selecting the best most accurate solution. Maintenance of shop equipment and regular daily shop housekeeping to ensure an organized and safe working environment. Responsible for understanding and complying with the safety policy, procedures, and instructions. Disassemble complex rotating equipment and provide written observations of failure modes and condition of “as received” parts. Assist in cleaning and prepping parts for NDT and PMI examination. Perform and document detailed dimensional and runout inspection of all components. Provide written inspection report, to include recommended repairs, and replacement parts needed. Provide written instructions and drawings to other crafts involved in manufacture or repair of components. Perform quality checks on customer furnished, manufactured, and repaired components prior to final assembly. Clean and prep parts for final assembly. Assemble equipment complete per OEM, ASME, API, or customer supplied specification. Document all final sizes, clearances, and documentation to provide customer with a final repair report. Complete “as received” photo documentation and visual inspection of assemblies and customer furnished spare parts. Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion. Knowledge and/or Skill Requirements: NCCER Millwright certification helpful. Must be a team player and be willing to train junior Mechanics. This position requires good attendance and punctuality. Communicate with supervision, crafts, and customers during the inspection and repair process. Good organization skills. Knowledge and use of all types of measuring devices ad rotating equipment. Supply basic mechanics tools and measuring devices required to complete work as assigned. Education: High School Diploma/GED from an accredited school. NCCER Millwright certification helpful. Mechanic certificate from a trade school, considered helpful. Previous Experience: 5 - 10 years of Mechanic experience working on pumps, gearboxes, blowers, compressors, and turbines. As well rounded machinists and fabricators they are able to select and operate the proper machine shop tools to remove damaged babbitt and prepare the bearing for repair. They may also use raw materials, welding tools, flame spraying, or electrical test equipment to manufacture, alter or test components as part of the process. During the babbitting process they move the part to our custom foundry where they apply new babbitt using various casting techniques. Once the babbitt is cast, their skill at precision machining and metalworking outputs a finished bearing crafted to precise dimensions. Using non-destructive testing techniques and measurement tools they verify the quality and dimensions of their work before preparing the bearing to ship to the customer. JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS Ability and willingness to be in the shop environment a minimum of 8 hours per day, primarily standing and sitting. Ability and willingness to work around and use large propane / acetylene.
