Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Field Operations Specialist REMOTE to join the Rotech team. In this position you will be responsible for traveling to locations and focusing on company key initiatives, including but not limited to: the successful transition of asset purchase patients, assisting with an increase in orders, training of new hires, reduction in held item and increase in oxygen and CPAP Billing percentages. + Assists in the reduction of held item and the increase in O2 & CPAP Billing % for specifically assigned location(s)

+ Completes other projects and duties that may be assigned

+ Identifies all issues and concerns related to location operations, seeking guidance from the Field Operations Manager when appropriate

+ Monitors other key metrics as communicated by the Field Operations Manager and develops strategies to combat negative trends

+ Obtains all necessary paperwork to transition new patients received as a result of asset purchase strategies, ensuring that they qualify for the equipment prior to swap out

+ Oversees new hire and continuing education training for all location personnel

+ Reports to the Field Operations Manager the status of all field assignments

+ Responsible for identifying, developing and implementing best practices to improve operational efficiency at the location level

Summary

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Data Warehouse Architect (remote) to join our team. In this position, you will design, integrate and migrate data from multiple sources to create, enhance and maintain the Rotech Data Warehouse environment. This position will work closely with our BI Manager, as well with internal business users to understand their key business drivers and data needs and scope out scalable and suitable solutions that will help our customers with the information needed for planning, analysis and decision-making.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Apply data warehouse modeling methodologies to design and develop appropriate warehouse data staging, integration and reporting structures that would provide for scalable and efficient reporting and analytics solutions
* Assist in defining software development project plans, including scoping, scheduling, providing time estimates for programming tasks and implementation plans and schedules
* Demonstrate an ability to interpret advanced SQL, develop and implement SQL, stored procedures and functions, as necessary for the solution
* Demonstrate an ability to use programming languages, develop and implement programs, scripts and schedules, as necessary for the solution
* Design and code ETL and data warehouse software, including correcting bugs or defects
* Design, develop, test, implement and document ETL solutions to incrementally load the data warehouse and other enterprise applications and systems
* Design, integrate, and migrate data from multiple sources, including logical, physical, and dimensional models
* Guide and deliver technical design, implementation, and quality assurance for data warehouse projects
* Maintain a current awareness of technological developments and trends as it relates to databases, development methodologies and tools, especially in the BI, data warehousing and ETL space
* Support and assist the Business Intelligence Team engineers by providing technical instruction and direction in the use of new ETL and Database technologies
* Understand business intelligence needs and reporting requirements to ensure system compatibility
* Work closely and collaborate with various cross-functional IT specialists and business subject matter experts in implementing solutions and validating results with business representatives
* Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

Education and/or Experience

* High school diploma or GED equivalent, required

* Six years' experience in Data Warehouse development and implementation; required
* Creation and tuning of stored procedures, functions and programs in a Cloud database environment; preferred
* Demonstrated ETL expertise and BI reporting experience; preferred
* Experience in data modeling, developing multi-dimensional data models, and data process flows; preferred
* Experience in database design and implementation using Oracle, DB2 or other enterprise database
* Experience in Healthcare industry systems and applications
* Experience in Java, Python, R or other Analytics related programming languages
* Experience in reporting applications such as Cognos, Tableau or other enterprise platforms
* Experience in Snowflake Cloud database implementation

JOB INFORMATION

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Cloud and Systems Engineer (REMOTE) to join our team. This position is responsible for providing technical support within the team of Systems Administrators and other enterprise teams. Areas of support includes but are not limited to; Cloud Computing support (AWS, Azure and others cloud platforms), operating systems support including Windows and Linux, virtualized platform support including VMware. Responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware, operating systems and application software in support of business processing requirements on both on-premises and cloud platforms. Provide technical support to internal users; support includes specification, installation, and testing of computer systems within established standards and guidelines; expected to work with management in establishing processes, controls, security, and strategy around system support initiatives. Implement industry and company security standards and policies on all areas of responsibilities. Ability to prioritize tasks and work with minimal supervision. Responsible to cross train other team members on specific areas of expertise. Willingness and ability to learn new technologies and take over other technical areas as needed. Work with the different Rotech IT Teams to design networks, systems, and storage environments that effectively reflect business needs, security requirements, and service level requirements to develop a full Hybrid Cloud Solution. Work with management in establishing processes, controls, security, and strategy around system support initiatives. Participate in planning, implementation, and growth of the infrastructure on Cloud Services including but not limited to Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS). Expected to work independently within management and company guidelines. On-call rotation required. The Candidate will be required to work on Weekends and evenings as necessary.

* Deploy workloads on Cloud and on premise environments
* Develop and promote standard operating procedures and strategic policies for computer systems and business applications
* Experience supporting enterprise environments on Azure and AWS, including services such as EC2, S3, ELB, RDS, etc.
* Facilitate knowledge transfer of system support procedures and nuances
* Identify areas of improvement and the implementation of solutions for such areas
* Incorporate Information Security Best Practices in all aspects of Systems Management
* Installs and maintains operating systems and related software to ensure stable performance

Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Field Operations Specialist REMOTE to join the Rotech team. In this position you will be responsible for traveling to locations and focusing on company key initiatives, including but not limited to: the successful transition of asset purchase patients, assisting with an increase in orders, training of new hires, reduction in held item and increase in oxygen and CPAP Billing percentages. Position works directly with the Field Operations Manager and Director of Executive Projects to ensure that locations are complying with all company policies and procedures and helps to identify opportunities for improvement in daily operations of the location.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Assists in the reduction of held item and the increase in O2 & CPAP Billing % for specifically assigned location(s)
* Completes other projects and duties that may be assigned
* Identifies all issues and concerns related to location operations, seeking guidance from the Field Operations Manager when appropriate
* Monitors other key metrics as communicated by the Field Operations Manager and develops strategies to combat negative trends
* Obtains all necessary paperwork to transition new patients received as a result of asset purchase strategies, ensuring that they qualify for the equipment prior to swap out
* Oversees new hire and continuing education training for all location personnel
* Reports to the Field Operations Manager the status of all field assignments
* Responsible for identifying, developing and implementing best practices to improve operational efficiency at the location level
* Travel extensively via airplane and/or vehicle
* Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
