Excavation Sales Responsibilities: The primary function of this role is to identify and sell opportunities to repair and/or replace sewer lines for both residential and commercial customers. The Sales Representative will conduct camera assessments of sewer lines to determine if there is root interruption or breakage in the sewer line resulting in the need for repair or replacement. Water Restoration Sales Responsibilities: The primary function of this role is to identify and sell opportunities to mitigate property damage caused by water to the residential and commercial market. The Sales Representative will perform assessments of property to determine moisture levels and the need for demolition and drying to acceptable levels. Learn more about us at ********************************** **About this role** She/he will analyze incoming Data Center trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs, translate them into a products & solutions strategy that offers competitive differentiation, and derive the system architecture as well as system and sub-system technical requirements. Working with the rest of the engineering organization, product managers, this leader will drive product solutions that enable a strategic, customer-centric product portfolio that is optimized across regions. This leader will work closely with customers and industry partners to support the growth in this fast-paced segment where changes are expected. Establishes the key priorities in workflow processes and oversees the execution of resource allocations to ensure optimization of strategy and implementation. At the beginning this position will not have direct reports but may lead teams to a matrix organization. **Role Responsibilities** + Collect and analyze emerging trends in Data Center build and operation. + Assess customer needs (hyperscalers, colos, others) and understand the technical solutions from competition. + Understand elements of product / system differentiation combining HVAC equipment and controls. Analyze trade-offs. + Translate needs into a strategy for products and solutions offering. + Define the solution architecture and derive system level requirements. + Breakdown system technical requirements into sub-system technical requirements. + Drive enterprise level design synergies through the development of global platforms and solutions. + Collaborate effectively with customers, product management, and various global stakeholders to align technical requirements and create a scalable, cost-efficient solution + Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and successful implementation of Data Center projects. **Required Qualifications:** + Bachelor's Degree in an Engineering Discipline + 15+ years of industry experience working with Data Center customers on cooling system solutions **Preferred Qualifications:** + Masters in an Engineering or Industrial field such as Systems Engineering. + Familiarity with industrial business models for HVAC, preferably in a Data Center business environment. + Proven track record of building trusted relationships cross-functionally and managing various stakeholder relationships to get consensus on solutions/initiatives and ability to make decisions with conviction. + Ability to solve complex problems using and finding alternate paths to achieve objectives in a highly constrained and fast-paced environment. **Carrier is An Equal** **Opportunity/Affirmative** **Action Employer.
