Manage overall upkeep and maintenance of fleet vehicles.
Verify that the appearance of fleet vehicles meet UniFirst standards.
Ensure vehicle compliance and safety requirements are met.
Implement preventative maintenance programs for vehicles and equipment, and schedule predictive & preventative maintenance.
Mentor, manage, and motivate performance of Fleet Technicians.
Provide ongoing learning and development opportunities for all Team Partners.
Produce reports related to work performance and departmental budget.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to ensure best pricing for vehicle parts.
Plow and salt location parking lot as needed.
Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System.

Qualifications
What we're looking for:
High school diploma or GED required.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
5 years of equivalent experience required.
Valid driver's license and a safe driving record are required. A CDL license is preferred.
Must meet DOT requirements.
Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to train potential techs.
Must have experience in the use of diagnostic software and fleet management systems.
Ability to work overtime as needed is required.
Ability to lift up to 80lbs.

Job Summary
Guides the day-to-day operations of a team monitoring product attributes to assure product quality is at targeted levels of the customer product specifications. Ensures food safety, regulatory and company compliance, and compliance with all established safety procedures. Ensures all required checks and tests are performed within the plant as prescribed in the USDA regulations, Butterball LLC Policies, and the HACCP program. Responsible for retained product releases.
Key Responsibilities
Supervises the day-to-day activities of a team of entry level individual contributors. Provides guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful completion of tasks. Participates in HR activities such as hiring, terminations, performance management, goal setting, team member development, scheduling, etc. Enforces systems, policies, and procedures. Reviews and approves timecards.
Responsible for ensuring adherence to all food safety regulations and quality standards on the Plant floor(s), including contractor and construction projects. Provides coaching and follows up with technicians and operations to ensure compliance.
Assists with the development and implementation of policies, process control procedures and monitoring, and standard practices.
Troubleshoots plant quality, safety, and sanitation problems. Implements corrective actions to address and mitigate identified issues.
Promotes GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Food safety across the organization. Provides coaching and training across the operation's teams as needed.
Works closely with USDA.
Reviews all paperwork to ensure proper procedures are followed. Investigates and escalates issues as appropriate.
Assists with facility, customer, and third-party audits and audit preparation. Responsible for daily SOP audits.
Participates in investigation of product failures and customer complaints. May provide recommended solution to management team.
Communicates with all levels of management to ensure they maintain control of the process.
Identifies opportunities and supports creation and implementation of plant processes and/or product improvement projects.
Maintains the technical expertise of team with recurring training in all areas with their functional area.
Minimum Qualifications (Educations & Experience)
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

Key Responsibilities
Supervises the day-to-day activities of a team of entry level individual contributors. Provides guidance, coaching, and support to ensure successful completion of tasks. Participates in HR activities such as hiring, terminations, performance management, goal setting, team member development, scheduling, etc. Enforces systems, policies, and procedures. Reviews and approves timecards.
Responsible for ensuring adherence to all food safety regulations and quality standards on the Plant floor(s), including contractor and construction projects. Provides coaching and follows up with technicians and operations to ensure compliance.

Troubleshoots plant quality, safety, and sanitation problems. Implements corrective actions to address and mitigate identified issues.
Promotes GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and Food safety across the organization. Provides coaching and training across the operation's teams as needed.
Works closely with USDA.
Reviews all paperwork to ensure proper procedures are followed. Investigates and escalates issues as appropriate.
Assists with facility, customer, and third-party audits and audit preparation. Responsible for daily SOP audits.
Participates in investigation of product failures and customer complaints. May provide recommended solution to management team.
Communicates with all levels of management to ensure they maintain control of the process.
Identifies opportunities and supports creation and implementation of plant processes and/or product improvement projects.
Maintains the technical expertise of team with recurring training in all areas with their functional area.

The Site Leader will provide world class jobsite leadership for large, long-duration, high-profile projects for Vertiv power and/or thermal equipment. The Site Leader is the primary Vertiv Service on-site technical representative for large jobs, from construction start, through start-up, site acceptance testing, and project completion. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
ROLE SUMMARY
Provide jobsite construction and technical leadership for large projects
Working knowledge of critical infrastructure equipment in data centers, including Vertiv-manufactured equipment
Leads a multi-disciplinary on-site team consisting of Project Leaders, Installers, Technicians, Customer Engineers, and subcontractors
Represents Vertiv at daily customer meetings and can speak to technical requirements for the day's schedule to coordinate activity with other parties on-site

Job Description
Downstream Unit:
* Medium to Large-scale filtration systems including Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), Hollow Fiber Tangential Flow Filtration (HFTFF), Nanofiltration and depth filtration
* Medium to Large-scale Chromatographic systems (ÄKTA).
* Pre-Packed Columns from 1L to 100L
* Single use mixing systems (Pall & GE)
* Single Use connectivity types such as GE DAC and Colder AseptiQuik
* Bulk filling
* Aseptic process simulation and drug product filling
* Plate counting, microscopic examination
* Monitor cultures, take samples, turn-around of bioreactor and fermenters, sterilization, and inoculation
Essential Functions Include:
* Write and review standard operating procedures, buffer formulation records and batch production records.
* Assist senior staff in implementing project safety and quality assurance programs in accordance with SOPs.
* Maintain the confidentiality of proprietary company information.
* Document and maintain activity records according to cGMP regulations and ensure junior team members are trained.
* Operate general production equipment such as Autoclaves, Glass washers, Incubators, Analytical Scales, pH/conductivity meters, etc.
* Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of the laboratory and manufacturing areas.
* Maintain an effective working relationship with others.
* Perform all other duties as assigned.
Technician IV - Supervisory Track Option:
* Successfully leads two or more projects at a time.
* Perform as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on a variety of projects and range of technologies.
* Assists with onboarding new employees into the team.
* Assists Sr. Training Specialist with training needs of department.
* Responsible for maintaining the schedule and successfully coordinating with other departments.
Required Skills & Abilities:
* Excellent oral and written communication skills, interpersonal and organizational skills.
* Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.
* Excellent leadership skills.
* Ability to train others to perform to cGMP standards.
* Good self-discipline and attention to detail.
* Must be able to work flexible shifts to include weekend or night shifts, and be willing to work outside of normal scheduled hours to meet the demands of the business.
* Excellent math and computer skills.
* Experience working in a cleanroom environment with full clean room gowning and good aseptic technique.
* Must have good planning and time management skills and be willing and able to interface with colleagues in many different roles and functions throughout the manufacturing facilities.

* Ability to lift/push/pull up to 25 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
* Attendance is mandatory.
Technician IV Minimum Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering or related field and 2 years of relevant experience; OR
* Associates degree in Biology, Microbiology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Engineering or related field and 4 years of relevant experience; OR
* High School/GED with 6 years of relevant experience.

Compensation:
The annual base salary range for Non-Technical Degrees is between $67,000 and $70,000
The annual base salary range for Technical Degrees is between $76,000 and $82,500
