Sky Ranch roundsman job description
This position is critical to the ministry of Sky Ranch and contributes directly to our mission of leading youth and families to know and follow Christ.
To support the operation of the kitchen by properly managing and rotating all cooler, freezer, and dry room stock, properly putting up weekly truck deliveries and upholding sanitation levels of kitchen through the deep cleaning the kitchen equipment on a rotational basis.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Unload and put up truck deliveries (averaging 3-4 times per week) Keep coolers, freezers and dry storage cleaned, organized, and properly rotated Deep cleaning of the kitchen on a consistent cycle (floors, hood filters, ovens, and the changing of fry grease)
OTHER DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with food prep and shift coverage of cook and steward teams Perform other duties as required Maintain compliance with Sky Ranch’s employee policies and procedures Maintain compliance with all state and federal laws and regulatory requirements
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE
Some basic kitchen experience preferred, but not required
KNOWLEDGE:
Knowledge of safety procedures appropriate to duties
