Job Summary:
The Test Vehicle Coordinator II will manage a specialized vehicle testing program for the customer. The Test Vehicle Coordinator II will focus on new vehicle quality, following the established testing process for a select number of vehicles. The Test Vehicle Coordinator II will manage multiple customers and/or programs while also managing special assignments, including off site testing.
As a Test Vehicle Coordinator II, you will:
Oversee vehicle testing for a customer(s) for a specific fleet(s) of vehicles(s)
Manage a variety of testing programs, special assignments and off-site testing requests
Document, validate and track test issues for the test fleet
Interact with the customer(s) and drivers on issue resolution, documentation and final validation
Work closely with other coordinators, mechanics and test drivers to execute the test plan
To be considered as a Test Vehicle Coordinator II, you will need:
High School diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 2 years of relevant automotive experience to include fleet management or mechanical experience
Good driving record
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presentation competency.
Ability to work on automotive systems and components.
Must be customer and quality focused with excellent customer interface skills
Must possess the ability to work with little supervision in a fast-paced environment
Proficient with Microsoft applications.
Ability to use diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle issues

Roush is seeking an Inventory Specialist I to work with Purchasing and Operations to ensure production required inventory is available to meet production plans. The role will work with cross functional members to provide the best combination of price, quality and availability of material. The Inventory Specialist I will conduct weekly inventory cycle counts, and annual inventory counts to maintain available material.
As an Inventory Specialist I, you will:
Ensure continuous production by utilizing the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and maintaining required inventory levels
Communicate and coordinate with purchasing to ensure they receive planning generated purchase orders or releases, as well as forecasts
Work closely with the operations team to ensure any changes in the schedule are covered and can be achieved
Follow up and track the delivery of material to meet the schedule. Responsible for tracking down and reporting supplier shipments and other duties as required
Process and oversee item creation within the ERP system including critical traits such as Bill of Material (BOMs), routings, Operational Sequences (OP), stocking locations and inventory families
Process and oversee the Production Identification Document (PIDs) creation, execution and completion
Conduct weekly inventory cycle counts, and annual inventory counts to maintain accurate supplies
Inspect inventory items to ensure quality and take corrective actions as needed
To be considered as an Inventory Specialist I, you will need:
High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 6 months of industry experience
Ability to work in Excel
Basic knowledge of computers and their operation
Ability to communicate effectively in all forms (in person, vocal, written)
Ability to problem solve transactional issues requiring a math skillset
Ability to obtain an Industrial Truck License
An Inventory Specialist I may also have:
Associate's degree
1 year of formal enterprise inventory tracking system experience, ideally in PeopleSoft
