Charlie Besecker is a Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) at Route and is based in Park City, Utah. He has worked as Multiple Positions, Exited at Qualtrics; Multiple Positions, No Exit :( at Three Value Logic; and Co-Founder, No Exit :( at IActionable. Charlie works or has worked as Advisor at The Convos. He attended University of Iowa between 2002 and 2006 and Universidad Andres Bello between 2005 and 2006.

Chelsea Moon is a Chief of Staff to the CEO at Route, Executive Assistant at Colony, and Brand Manager at Colony and is based in Santa Monica, California. She has worked as Brand Director at Route, Trend Forecasting- Denim Lead at Anthropologie, and Founder at La Luna Contemporary. Chelsea attended Michelangelo School of Cultural Studies, Harvard Business School between 2017 and 2019, and Portland State University between 2015 and 2017.

I am passionate about people, technology, and challenging problems. I enjoy building and working with strong teams. Today, I lead engineering for the Data Platform and Application teams at Qualtrics.

Qualtrics is the Master record for Experience Data (X-Data). We are designing and implementing systems to ingest, process, store, and analyze millions of X-Data records per day. Scaling to support 10s of thousands of concurrent users that are actively slicing and dicing data to gain insight into the experience of their customers and employees.

We are implementing state of the art ML algorithms to find meaning and create structure in free-form text, and building product to make the most sophisticated research simple.

Most importantly, we are building something that creates significant value for our customers, and ultimately for millions of people around the world that interact with a company as a customer or employee.
