You will act as the technical anchor between investment, risk, portfolio, and operations teams, driving automation, analytics, and scalable engineering in support of credit decisions and portfolio management. Lead, mentor, and grow a team of credit quants, data engineers, software engineers, and model validators. Oversee the development of cash flow/default/recovery models, scenario engines, and sensitivity analyses. Build and maintain data pipelines (ETL), integration with external sources (financial data, market data, third-party vendor inputs). Architect and scale systems for post-investment monitoring: covenant tracking, early-warning alerts, breach analytics, migrations, etc. Ensure system reliability, performance, maintainability, security, and auditability. Validate/benchmark/monitor internal and external models; ensure robust governance. Collaborate with credit/underwriting teams to translate business requirements into technical specs.
