Clean, touch up, or perform repairs as needed. Use show site mobile app to ensure and document accurate delivery. Pick-ups: Inspect furniture for any customer-inflicted damage, load in trucks. Ensure no product is left behind at venues. Provide onsite customer service: Interact professionally with clients during deliveries and setups, addressing questions or concerns and ensuring a positive experience. Supervise temporary labor: Instruct temporary associates how and where to deliver, pickup, load, or unload products onsite. Ensure that work is being performed as per the clients' requests and safely. Perform warehouse duties as needed: Manually load or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, and docks.
