Security/Rover (Bilingual: English - Spanish)


Position Overview:

The Security/Rover will be responsible for the daily operations of the property.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Maintain a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property.
• Follows operations procedures and maintains a safe work environment.
• Watching for suspicious activity/observe and report
• Greeting and directing residents, guests, and invitees.
• Assist residents with any questions or concerns.
• May be assigned other duties by the on-site property manager

Qualifications:

• Bilingual (English and Spanish)
• Excellent customer service and communication/interpersonal skills
• 1 year of experience in similar positions.

• Job Type: Part-time
• Schedule: Morning Shift, Swing Shift, Graveyard Shift
• Salary: Competitive on experience ($16 - 20)
• Uniform will be provided

Job Requirements include the following:

• Must have CA Guard Card.
• Must have Exposed Firearm Permit. (ARMED OFFICER ONLY)
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Must have smartphone.
• Must have prior Customer Service experience.
• Must have prior Security experience.
• Must be able to work all shifts (morning/ swing/ graveyard).
• Must be able to work overtime as needed.
• Must be able to sit, stand and or walk for up to 8-16 hours.
• Must be able to work immediately
• Must have valid authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have High School Diploma or GED
• Must be able to perform job functions mentally and physically.
• This includes paying attention to detail, close observation, critical thinking, and great communication. Must be able to grab, reach, pull and lift objects that weigh up to 25 lbs.
