Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. **What you'll do:** **Position Summary** The CNC Operator will operate multiple CNC mills, check quality of finished parts, review technical drawings, revisions and note codes, use tools and calibration equipment such as calipers, wrenches, and air guns or any other equipment necessary to perform job functions. **What you'll do:** + Perform routine loading and unloading of production-ready parts and tool changes to execute a sequence of operations such as turn, drill, and bore on a variety of metal components. + Deburr parts in accordance with drawing specifications. + Identify inserts, cutters and general tooling for specific operations. + Perform all 5S+ activities and keep immediate work area clean and free from hazards. + Conduct in-process checks and make offset adjustments to ensure finished parts conform to process specifications. + Interpret technical drawings in accordance with standard shop practices. + Perform other related duties as assigned including training other operators, supporting related work cells, etc. **Qualifications:** **Basic Qualifications:** - Minimum High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment OR completion of a machinist/CNC degree/CNC certification. - Must be authorized to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future. - This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). The Ally Behavior Centers CORP is a selective, high-potential program in which participants complete up to 4 departmental rotations within our corporate office over a 6-month period . After finishing all rotations, CORP participants will be evaluated based on performance, and placed in a final department for permanent assignment . Leadership Development & Job Responsibilities: Complete up to 4 departmental rotations within our corporate office (Enrollment & Marketing, Human Resources & Talent Acquisition, Insurance & Revenue Cycle, and Center Operations Management) Each rotation will consist of one unique, primary project that will help move the company forward. Final projects must be presented at the end of each rotation Completing shadowing checklists for all core responsibilities in each department Completing other administrative duties and tasks as assigned Gain a foundation for future success in business in an entrepreneurial, non-bureaucratic environment Explore various career interests within the corporate realm and identifying where you thrive Enhance your business management skills under direct mentorship from senior leadership Skill Sets & Ideal Qualifications: Our ideal candidate is an energetic, outgoing person looking to break into the healthcare industry and is comfortable wearing different hats! You've finished your Bachelor's and did well in school. What you studied isn't all that important to us. Maybe it's healthcare administration, maybe it's basket weaving. You are compassionate and have a high EQ - we work with families who have children with developmental delays. You take pride in excellent customer service and patient experience. You have varied interests and passions that you can dive deeply into. Maybe you love Russian Literature, minored in it in school, and are part of a local book club with some like-minded friends. You like to work really hard and aren't just collecting a paycheck and letting the time pass. Excellent performance and building something special is what you find most fulfilling in life.
