Rowan University Leadership

Reporting to the University President, I am responsible for the management and operations of the University Advancement Division and the Rowan University Foundation, including areas such as fundraising, alumni engagement, advancement communications, advancement services, stewardship and donor relations and special events. I am responsible for the strategic leadership for the university’s principal gifts ($1M+) program. Since fiscal year 2012, under the leadership of President Ali Houshmand, I have led the Division of University Advancement’s efforts in raising over $135 million in new gifts and commitments.

In September 2015 I assumed the responsibility for overseeing the university's office of career advancement. I serve as a liaison to the Foundation Board of Directors and member of the president's cabinet. I am honored to have been selected by South Jersey Biz Magazine as one of the \'20 Under 40 Honorees\', celebrating accomplishments of Top Young Professionals (May 2015).

I worked with the Rowan University Foundation Board to establish a venture capital fund to fuel new research initiatives by Rowan’s faculty, students and alumni. The fund is designed to catapult Rowan’s research enterprise and provide resources to attract entrepreneurial research faculty; encourage innovative ideas from the Rowan community, including alumni; and provide an opportunity to invest in Rowan-generated technologies, intellectual property, inventions, and businesses.

Especially effective at preparing, drafting, and revising resolutions, capital project updates, summary reports for the Board of Trustees. Effective problem solver and very detail oriented.
