It’s not temperature controlled, 12 hrs on your feet with 20min breaks, limited promotional opportunities.
Decent pay and benefits
Management is very kind and they look out for their employees, in general it’s just a great management system. You don’t find that too often, management that cares.
The working conditions are harsh, the summers and winters since it’s not temperature controlled. It’s hard to do the manual labor under those conditions.
I was a temp and advised on how to interview well. I was with them for 15 months but again the working conditions took their toll.
