My experience as a Royal American Management corporate employee involved being harassed unprovoked by more than 30 ppl which I attribute to me being black. I encountered a workplace environment that was unprofessional and, hostile with a senior employee informing me I am in a sundown town (this occurred in 2022-2023). They call Panama City Beach proudly “Redneck Riviera” so it seems like only rednecks are welcomed and that’s unacceptable in 2024. Sundown towns are towns where black people are not welcomed after a certain timeframe and they have gone above and beyond to smear my name and character unprovoked after two different dogs were used to harass me in 2024 (these are Jim Crow era tactics I feel they enjoyed it) The manager told me she could get me out of this company like she did 7 other black women and that is what it seems they all plotted and planned to do. The employees knew my fear of dogs and used it against me to force me out of my Compliance position that I worked extremely hard for which in my opinion was discrimination. There were several incidents that made me feel uncomfortable and disrespected and I spoke to HR three times and they apparently lacked the competence to acknowledge maybe I was being targeted due to racism. 1. Fear of dogs in the workplace, which wasn't addressed adequately. On the day the 3rd dog incident occurred they made sure my back was turned while I was working on important 8703 IRS documents and I was cornered in my cubicle while a white male employee (who was given a 250 gift card after incident and I was forced to watch like he got incentivized) had his dog on a leash behind me growling, two girls were next to him so I couldn’t move. I feel it was a planned attack on my life. They all have my address which means they know where I live and I am in fear of my safety, they also work closely with the police so I do not trust them either. This entire ordeal should make everyone hang their head in shame as it was racially motivated and they used Jim Crow tactics to ultimately get me out of there, I hope the victory party was worth it. After the dog incident I was offered a credit card and merit increase which came off as a bribe to me and that is why I left. If I have to accept abuse for a raise then that’s not the right place for me. It’s something called dignity and respect which I have. 2. Witnessing disrespectful language used towards residents. I heard the manager of Pana Villa refer to the black women as roaches be
Not one, if you are not white they will find a way to get you out…they used gang stalking, harassment, and discrimination tactics rooted in vicious Jim Crow tactics they should be ashamed of themselves and they use their employees as a shield to their behavior.
I never should’ve got involved with these people
Who?! Everyone is a follower and no one is fully competent they cut corners and that’s why their reviews are so terrible
They need to be investigated to the fullest extent of the law
I did my best and they harassed me until I left
After dogs were used to harass me they offered me a company credit card and a merit increase. I had to be traumatized in order to be seen as valuable. These are malicious hateful tactics rooted in Jim Crow era, these people should be ashamed of themselves.
It’s a front and a lie. They will use anyone as a shield to their slackness and discriminatory tactics.
They took my kindness for weakness and gang stalked, harassed, and allowed seasoned employees to attack me while my back was turned numerous times. I did such great work but they never appreciated it. They are abusive in nature and use their power to abuse anyone who challenges them.
