Close to home,and pretty easy work. If you show up every day and keep your mouth shut and hands moving you have a job.
Too many managers. Too many shift leaders. A little authority can make a good worker into a lazy gossip.
50% off on certain meals.
Nothing They are all very disorganized, and constantly talk and complain about each other. No one is ever on the same page.
Not hiring family members. They feel entitled to do little work, and literally steal food (ordering a biscuit, and getting chicken tenders,sandwiches .and so on)
Be honest. Expect to be paid for an honest days work.
Great leadership
Constant changes/ additional responsibilities with no adjustments to labor budgets.
Great team, great customers
Great people. I meet a lot of decent, with good intentions.
Lack of structure. Their unrealistic set of expectations.
Normally they are flexible with my schedule and ability to be granted a requested day off.
