Pros of working at Royal Farms

Close to home, and pretty easy work. If you show up every day and keep your mouth shut and hands moving you have a job.

Cons of working at Royal Farms

Too many managers. Too many shift leaders. A little authority can make a good worker into a lazy gossip.

Royal Farms benefits

50% off on certain meals.

What do you like best about Royal Farms's CEO and the leadership team?

Nothing They are all very disorganized, and constantly talk and complain about each other. No one is ever on the same page.

How would you improve Royal Farms's culture?

Not hiring family members. They feel entitled to do little work, and literally steal food (ordering a biscuit, and getting chicken tenders, sandwiches .and so on)

How did you prepare for the Royal Farms interview?

Be honest. Expect to be paid for an honest days work.
