Toxic workplace. Unprofessional management, no people skills, but have their favourites who can do no wrong. Micromanaging experienced workers, under their toxic supervisor. Keeping you isolated. No room for growth.

How would you improve Royal North Shore Hospital & Uts's culture?

I would improve it starting with management and removing the micromanaging experienced workers. I would follow up the performance of employees, as it seems the ones with good work ethic have to do the work for the slackers, who are usually the favourites. Communication is the key, if you are wrongfully put down your in a toxic workplace.
