I've been fortunate to work closely with some remarkable organizations in India and GCC

Serves as the key financial resource to the organisation to pursue answers to operating variance questions and provides financial and operating advice to the hospital Board of Directors. Works very closely with the Physicians, Clinicians and department heads to develop the operating and capital budgets for the assigned hospital/ profit centers in accordance with protocols.
