Paul M. Rady was a co-founder and has served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Antero Resources Corporation since May 2004 and of its predecessor company from its founding in 2002 to its ultimate sale to XTO Energy, Inc. in April 2005. Mr. Rady has also served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Antero Midstream Corporation since the closing of its simplification transaction in March 2019. Prior to the simplification, Mr. Rady served as Chief Executive Officer of the general partner of Antero Midstream GP LP beginning in January 2017 and as Chairman of the Board of Directors of such entity beginning in April 2017. Mr. Rady also previously served as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the general partner of Antero Midstream Partners LP beginning in February 2014. Prior to co-founding Antero Resources Corporation, Mr. Rady served as President, CEO and Chairman of Pennaco Energy from 1998 until its sale to Marathon in early 2001. Prior to Pennaco, Mr. Rady was with Barrett Resources from 1990 until 1998 where he initially was recruited as Chief Geologist in 1990, then served as Exploration Manager, EVP Exploration, President, COO and Director and ultimately CEO. Mr. Rady began his career with Amoco where he served 10 years as a geologist focused on the Rockies and Mid-Continent. Mr. Rady is the managing member of Salisbury Investment Holdings, LLC. Mr. Rady holds a B.A. in Geology from Western State College of Colorado and M.Sc. in Geology from Western Washington University.

Simonelli was named Chairman of the Board in October 2017 and has been President and CEO since the Company’s creation in July 2017, where he oversaw the successful merger of GE Oil & Gas with Baker Hughes Inc. Previously, Simonelli served as President and CEO of GE Transportation, a global transportation leader in the rail, mining, marine and energy storage industries. During his five-year tenure, he expanded and diversified GE Transportation by focusing on advanced technology manufacturing, intelligent control systems, and a diverse approach to new propulsion solutions. He has also served as CFO Americas for GE Consumer & Industrial, as well as General Manager, Product Management for GE Appliances, Lighting, Electrical Distribution and Motors. Simonelli joined GE’s Financial Management Program in 1994, where he worked on assignments in GE International, GE Shared Services, GE Oil & Gas, and Consolidated Financial Insurance. He currently serves on the Board of C3.ai and CNH Industrial. Originally from Tuscany, Italy, Simonelli is a Business & Economics Graduate from Cardiff University in South Wales.

Peter C. Georgiopoulos is General Maritime's founder and currently serves as Chairman. From 1991 to 1997, Peter C. Georgiopoulos was the principal of Maritime Equity Management a ship-owning and investment company that he founded in 1991. From 1990 to 1991, Peter C. Georgiopoulos was affiliated with Mallory Jones Lynch & Associates an oil tanker brokerage firm. From 1987 to 1990, Peter C. Georgiopoulos was an investment banker at Drexel Burnham Lambert. Prior to entering the investment banking business, Peter C. Georgiopoulos had extensive experience in the sale, purchase and chartering of vessels while working for ship-owners in New York and Piraeus Greece. Peter C. Georgiopoulos is a member of the American Bureau of Shipping. Peter C. Georgiopoulos holds an MBA from Dartmouth College.

He began his career with Xerox Corporation as an analyst. Within a short time, Liess was among Xerox's top five sales executives in the country. While working at Xerox, Liess earned his Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Rochester and holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Cornell University.
