Pros of working at RPM International

Great entrepreneurial culture. Mostly good people. Products have a great reputation in the market. Benefits are fair. health insurance and pension are great.

Cons of working at RPM International

Intercompany opportunities for career development do not exist or are not publicly advertised to employees. Current direct manager needs more training. Career development benefits could be improved.
