Laborers work on construction projects, and excavations. They may operate a variety of equipment including earth tampers, small mechanical hoists, surveying and measuring equipment. They clean and prepare job sites, dig trenches, place shoring to support the sides of excavations, clean up rubble and debris.
Duties and Responsibilities
Signals operators on machinery.
Help the journeymen with any job duties involved in the construction and demolition process.
Cleaning and preparing construction sites to eliminate hazards.
Controlling traffic passing near work zones.
May Run the Water Truck
Perform any other duties related to the job site
Regular attendance required.
Willing to travel and must be able to supply their own transportation.

Duties and Responsibilities
Review and process over 5,000 invoices per month in an efficient and accurate manner.
Ensure that invoices are entered into the system and matched with corresponding purchase orders (POs).
Communicate with internal departments via Microsoft Teams and desk phones to resolve any invoice-related issues.
Send daily reports regarding unapproved invoices to department supervisors for immediate attention.
Monitor and manage Accounts Payable queues, ensuring timely processing of POs and invoices to prevent delays.
Work with departments to ensure invoices are approved and processed promptly.
Process weekly check runs, including payments to ASAP vendors and check requests, ensuring payments are made timely.
Collaborate with team members during the month-end close process to ensure all invoices and payments are processed and reconciled in a timely manner.
Respond to inquiries from vendors regarding payment status, delays, or discrepancies, ensuring professional and courteous communication.
Send weekly ACH remittances to vendors who receive payments via wire transfers, ensuring accurate documentation.
Reconcile vendor statements on a monthly basis, addressing any discrepancies and ensuring accurate payment records.
Set up new vendors in the system and ensure compliance with internal procedures for vendor management.
Complete additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Accounts Payable Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities
Process 5,000+ invoices per month efficiently and accurately.
Ensure invoices are correctly entered into the system and matched with corresponding purchase orders (POs).
Collaborate with internal departments to resolve any invoice-related issues via Microsoft Teams and desk phones.
Send daily reports regarding unapproved invoices to department supervisors.
Manage Accounts Payable queues to ensure timely processing of invoices and POs.
Process weekly check runs and ensure payments to ASAP vendors are made on time.
Work with team members during month-end close to ensure all invoices and payments are processed and reconciled.
Respond to vendor inquiries regarding payment status, delays, or discrepancies.
Reconcile vendor statements monthly and resolve discrepancies.
Set up new vendors and ensure compliance with internal procedures for vendor management.
Assist with other Accounts Payable tasks and projects as assigned.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

3+ years of experience in accounts payable or relevant accounting roles.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), and experience with Viewpoint Construction Services is a plus.
2+ years of customer service experience, particularly with handling vendor and internal inquiries.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to process large volumes of data efficiently.
Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor when interacting with vendors and team members.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive financial information.
Experience with invoice management, payment processing, and vendor reconciliation.
Able to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

RPM xConstruction, LLC. is looking for qualified Heavy Haul Drivers to join our team in Aubrey, TX. We work up to a 6-day work week with average 55-65 hours but can work up to 70 hours per work week. Safety is our top priority; we expect our drivers to be alert and cautious when driving in a safe and efficient manner. Pay up to $25.00 an hour to start depending on Experience.
Job Duties
• Delivery of Heavy Eq. through daily dispatch
• Responsible for on time delivery and adjusting to needs of job site.
• Inspect equipment on site daily and report any damages.
• Willingness to work hard and be a TEAM player.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather and driving conditions.
Qualifications
• CDL Class A - Driving: 2 years (Required)
