Job Description Summary/Objective: The Block Plant Labor II position is responsible for ensuring proper mold is in machine, using the proper batch for the product being run, making sure batch has proper moisture and making sure product is correct height with no cracks or abnormalities. Essential Functions: Setup equipment for production runs per product or company specifications. Ensure that equipment is operating properly at all times by completing the greasing, checking oil fluid levels, adding grease and oil as required, and keeping plant and equipment clean and free of excess material. Follow all environmental regulations and clean up any excess material that could cause environmental problems. Perform miscellaneous duties and outside labor as requested, which may include, but not limited to, cleaning up around the plant, sweeping, shoveling, picking up equipment or supplies.
