Overview:
The Outsourcing Procurement Intern position is a supportive role to the Outsourcing tower and is
an opportunity for the right candidate to build skills in Project Management, Data Analysis,
Sustainable Procurement, Company Initiative Execution, and Procurement Processes.
Responsibilities:
Research SAP systems to review spend data for outsourcing
Develop spend data reports and conduct online surveys to complete supplier business review presentations
Create pivot tables in Excel (Google Sheets) to analyze supplier and plant spend data
Work directly with suppliers and plants regarding historical spend to identify cost savings
Work with Category Manager and RRD legal team to load agreements for review
Work with Procurement Director to focus on organization initiatives, with tasks spanning from logistical planning to strategy sessions
Complete Responsible Sourcing data analyses and run a campaign in our CSR Rating system

RR Donnelley of Elk Grove Village has an exciting opportunity for a Roll Tender/Feeder whose looking for a fresh start!
Job Details
Load rolls of paper onto an automatic splicing unit of web offset printing press or a Gravure press
Inspect rolls of paper for blemishes or tears and cuts away damaged area with knife.
Roll paper into loading position on automatic splicer, insert shaft of automatic splicer through roll core, secure holding chucks of automatic splicer to shaft ends, and thread paper through press components to prepare press for printing.
Apply adhesive strip to backup roll and insert backup roll onto an automatic splicing unit of press to prepare paper for automatic splicing.
Remove roll of leftover paper from press after automatic splicing.
May operate a mechanical truck to transport rolls of paper to press area.
May assist with some of the make-ready tasks associated with the type of press operated such as hanging plates, examining plates, prepping and installing blankets, adjusting tension etc.
May clean press and clean and install press components to maintain press in working order.
May prepare and prepares and loads flat stock into a sheet-fed press.
Qualifications
Requires 6 months up to 1 year of web press-printing experience (preferred).
Ability to read and follow job specifications to determine materials needed to run the job successfully.
Ability to make adjustments to auto splicer.
Experience loading paper and preparing slice for continuous operation of the press (preferred).
Knowledge of materials and requirements for press.
High School Diploma or GED
Physical Demands
Continuous standing/walking - 8 hrs or more.
Occasional bending, kneeling, climbing, reaching.
Occasional lifting and pushing/pulling - 50 lbs.
Occasional repetitive motion with both hands
Additional Information
Shifts 7p - 7a / 3 day 4 off rotating shift at 8 weeks plus $3.00 shift differential
Plus 7am to 7pm/3 day 4 off rotating shift at 8 weeks.

Hourly Rate Disclosure Statement: The pay range for this role at the noted location is $20.60 to $28.69 per hour. The actual rate of pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift, and location.
