Job Description Catch, insert and pack finished products coming off the presses. Review final product performing a series of quality checks before loading in to trays or bins. Perform finishing make ready tasks prior to start-ups. Assist with machine make ready and clean up as needed. Operate the Segbert. Follow postal guidelines when packing direct mail orders and completing skid tags. Inspect product for quality defects and correct errors as they occur Pack, band, and/or sort product into batches, packets and pallets Count trays on pallet and compare with shipping documents to ensure correct count/weight. Document progress and issues/resolutions to ensure proper reporting across departments/shifts Other duties as assigned Responsible for training and supporting new and existing team members.
