Job Description
Catch, insert and pack finished products coming off the presses. Review final product performing a series of quality checks before loading in to trays or bins. Perform finishing make ready tasks prior to start-ups. Assist with machine make ready and clean up as needed. Operate the Segbert. Follow postal guidelines when packing direct mail orders and completing skid tags.
Inspect product for quality defects and correct errors as they occur
Pack, band, and/or sort product into batches, packets and pallets
Count trays on pallet and compare with shipping documents to ensure correct count/weight.
Document progress and issues/resolutions to ensure proper reporting across departments/shifts
Other duties as assigned
Responsible for training and supporting new and existing team members.

Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs. - continuously.
Ability to exercise basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.

4. Continuously inspect product and troubleshoot imaging and press equipment to ensure product meets customer specifications.
5. Operate CRT to set up imaging programs making changes as necessary according to procedures.
6. Perform imaging and press paperwork and follow necessary consumable maintenance and productivity procedures.
7. Ensure PM's are done on proprietary imaging equipment on a daily basis.
8. Keep press and surrounding work area clean and neat at all times.
9. Work with other team members and departments to reduce make-ready and to increase operating efficiencies.
