Job Description
The Associate - Sales position is a full-time, entry level role that offers a comprehensive four-month training program (Associate Development Program) designed to prepare you as a Sales Associate for RRD. The ADP program is designed to provide you with the necessary sales strategies, practices, and industry knowledge to ensure a successful career as a Sales Associate.
In San Diego, CA and Indianapolis, IN we are currently hiring for our February 2026 cohort.
Responsibilities:
* Understand and perform RRD's sales steps through training and observation Learn and successfully execute the arts of prospecting and cold calling to build new accounts
* Shadow sales representatives (some travel required)
* Assist senior sales representatives in everyday functions such as sourcing, securing and managing business, both new and existing
* Attend internal and external sales meetings
* Maintain relationships with existing accounts and customers
* Build a sales funnel specific for your post-training assignment
* Continued development opportunities through marketing and sales publications to increase your understanding of the sales industry
* Perform other related duties and participate in special projects as assigned
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (Preferred)
* Excellent listening skills to understand customer needs
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* High motivation to learn Make data-driven decisions and explain the return on investments to customers
* Ability to make decisions and solve problems
* Driven, and motivated to succeed in the sales field
* Prior experience using a CRM (e.g. Salesforce) (Preferred)

Additional Information
The national pay range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. Job Description
* Set up, adjust and operate a variety of auxiliary binding machines containing several cutting heads, control surfaces or other attachments (i.e. inkjet and mailing devices, case making & decorating equipment, folders, cutters, collators, stitchers, drills, binding/gluing machines)
* Set up automatic bindery machines containing multiple functions and station capabilities (power paper cutters, power collators and gatherers, power folders, power speed binder) which can be electromechanically combined with other equipment and devices to produce a complete bindery and finishing unit that processes printed sheets into final books, catalogs, manuals, directories, magazines or other completed products
* Inspect equipment for safety issues
* May operate automatic adhesive binding machines (perfect binders) that contain numerous interrelated process stations that are fed collated sheets or signatures and perform such functions as vibrating, milling, roughening, gluing, covering and delivering or stacking completed books, magazines or catalogs
* Make needed adjustments to coordinate the multiple work stations on a single machine
* Direct crew though all aspects of production
* Monitor quality, output and productivity
* Training and mentoring new and existing employees, ensuring consistent knowledge of company policies, procedures, and best practices to improve team performance and productivity
Qualifications
* Ability to read and interpret written work orders or other job specifications containing bindery requirements which indicate the number and sequence of machine operations required to complete the work and to maintain dimensional accuracy in accordance with instructions provided; independently makes decisions on the type of equipment to be used
* Must be able to calculate distances, clearances, and fits in combining machines
* Skill in using the full range of standard and specialized tools and devices to adjust and maintain the functional accuracy and operating conditions of the bindery machines
* General knowledge of the more complex bindery machines (i.e. fully automatic binding machines (perfect binders), multiple station collators and multiple folding units, either individually or combined) to perform the full range of standard and specialized folds of printed materials
* Thorough knowledge of the set up, operating requirements, procedures, capabilities and limitations of one or more bindery machines to perform the full range of standard and specialized folding, collating and cutting of printed materials to complete a combined finishing product
* Knowledge of the quality and machining requirements of various coated and uncoated types of paper stock
* Skill in setting up and adjusting machines for finishing operations and to refine such adjustments for the weight, color, machinability and quality of paper stock being used and to prevent machining impressions on the printed materials

The salary range for this role at the noted RRD location is $17.49 - $24.97 / hour. Starting pay decisions are determined based on multiple factors including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, skills, experience, certifications, proficiency, performance, shift, location, and other business needs. Depending on the role, in addition to the hourly rate of pay, the total compensation package may also include overtime, shift differential, call-in, and/or stand-by pay. **The Job You Will Perform:**
+ Responsible for engineering and managing the installation of equipment within corrugated manufacturing facilities.
+ Directly responsible to assure all capital and repair projects assigned are installed as per the project scope, schedule, cost estimate and budget, and with minimum plant production interference.
+ Reports to the Project Engineer Lead in PSNA Engineering. The PL of this role may vary (PL 14, 15 or 16) according to candidate skill set and experience.
+ Lead the project management of multiple, concurrent projects involving installation of corrugated manufacturing equipment and/or plant infrastructure improvements.
+ Project management responsibilities include organizing/planning, scoping & bidding, coordination of schedule, and managing the project to fruition.
+ Perform detailed engineering for installation of corrugated manufacturing equipment and/or plant infrastructure improvements.
+ Travel to sites as needed to manage major and minor projects & equipment installations.
+ Act as the subject matter expert and discussion partner to Packaging Solutions North America (PSNA) facilities on all aspects of the corrugated manufacturing process, and project implementation.

+ BS degree or equivalent experience in engineering or related business discipline.
+ 5+ years corrugated box industry experience including a detailed understanding of corrugated equipment, the corrugating process and applicable OSHA health & safety policies/laws.

+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.

Job Description
The Associate - Operations-Leadership program is a full-time, entry-level role that provides a twelve-month training program to prepare you for an operational leadership position in one of our manufacturing facilities throughout the United States. The program is designed to offer comprehensive training in all areas of the manufacturing facility to learn the RRD solutions and manufacturing processes.
Please note: The Associate Development Program has a required cohort start date. In Indianapolis, IN, we are currently hiring for the July 2026 cohort.
Responsibilities:
* Learn several production rotations and learn the six core plant business functions: manufacturing, logistics, operations, administration, human resources, and finance.
* Shadow position-specific positions and then perform in those roles for a period of time to complete each rotation
* Assist Plant Leaders in the everyday functions of the facility as learning opportunities arise. There will be many and they will vary according to the situation
* Attend plant meetings both internal and external
* Continue to read publications about the print and manufacturing industries in order to increase your understanding of the field
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, IT, marketing, finance or related fields, or equivalent work experience required
* Strong computer skills including Word and Excel
* Prior internship in a manufacturing company/environment is a plus
* Knowledge of the printing process is a plus
* Motivated to succeed

Additional Information
The national pay range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 / year. The pay range may be slightly lower or higher based on the geographic location of the hired employee. The actual pay offered may vary based upon, but not limited to: education, skills, experience, proficiency, performance, shift and location. In addition to base salary, depending on the role, the total compensation package may also include participation in a bonus, commission or incentive program. **The Job You Will Perform:**
- Follow all safety rules and practices, working safely by observing safety rules, policies and procedures and identifying unsafe conditions or actions to management immediately
- Perform maintenance functions making repairs such as but not limited to electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, plumbing under minimal guidance of the maintenance supervisor.
- Troubleshoot and perform maintenance duties such as but not limited to mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, plumbing, repairs

Manages and completes CI and steady-state engineering projects that lead to improved business results. Assesses CI initiatives and provides input and recommendations on future activities. Support Automation projects. Regularly interacts with operations management.
Develop competency in wide range of engineering methods, Lean tools, and quality standards in the use and implementation of CI, Quality Assurance, & Lean principles. Applies engineering methodologies/tools such as product slotting, studying labor standards (time studies), layouts and optimization of flow, data profiling and analysis, and resource modeling to improve distribution and/or transportation operations.
Participate in facilitation and execution Value Stream Maps & Kaizen Events through all stages (A3 charter ideation/creation, pre-work identification and completion, delivery of results in Kaizen week, regular follow up and follow through on sustainment).
Provide regular reports of data and actions to measure progress against the site objectives. Makes Inventory and/or Supply Chain strategy recommendations.

Summary
The Manager Inventory reports to the Senior Logistics Manager and has overall responsibility for tracking incoming and finished goods materials, packaging supplies, etc. required in the warehousing and distribution of customer products. Develop and manage the facility cycle count program and the inventory recoup/repack/return/recycle program.
Provide floor support to Operations Supervisors and hourly associates regarding inventory issues and office support to the I/O Coordinators and receiving/shipping office personnel.
Facilitates and executes the hold process for local site.
Has a positive influence on and assists in the development of employees and conducts periodic performance evaluations of direct reports.
Ensure daily communications and shift meetings provide the necessary information for employees to do their jobs consistently well while making them feel a real part of the team.

Responsibilities
+ Perform warehouse function, which may include loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and, cycle counting
+ Performing duties within performance measurement guidelines of the contract
+ Responsible for the accurate picking and packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products and loading and unloading of trucks
+ Responsible of dealing with day to day paperwork in a warehouse environment (i.e. picking sheets, returns, bills of lading, etc.)
