Lead, manage and conduct requirements gathering sessions with health systems, hospitals, and physician groups (“Providers”) for HL7 messaging for radiology and oncology orders and results.
Document requirements and processes utilizing flowcharts, process flow diagrams, process maps, etc.
Work directly with Providers' EHR vendors, when necessary, to further define the requirements and specifications for HL7 messaging.
Analyze documents and requirements, and then translate them into specifications for the interface developers.
Communicate requirements and specifications for the HL7 messaging to the interface developers. Work collaboratively with the Providers and the interface developers to refine and validate the interface specifications.
Once an HL7 interface is developed, lead and manage the interface testing process at the Provider site. Work collaboratively with the Provider to test interfaces and validate the data being shared.

Provide go-live support for new interfaces

Responsibilities:
Draw upon your demonstrated technical, industry and risk advisory knowledge to become a trusted advisor to our clients within the Commercial sector; incorporate consideration for emerging risks, trends, and concepts into client service
Own management level relationships, and interact with C-suite group. Drive collaboration with external stakeholders
Lead risk assessment management interviews and development of internal audit plan
Perform review of the deliverables including process narratives/flowcharts, risks and control gaps, suggested remediation and process improvement
Lead formal closing meetings with clients to share and confirm deliverables
Maintain overall responsibility for engagement economics and manage expectations around billing, monitoring, and collections
Demonstrate effective delegation strategies by managing multiple clients, projects, and teams simultaneously with the goal of overseeing a book of business
Business Development
Participate in relevant industry associations and events to develop and/or maintain industry focus and relationships
Build, maintain, and utilize your internal network to address issues timely and add value to client relationships; begin cultivating an external network with the goal of generating new business opportunities for the firm
Assist in writing, developing and delivering thought leadership internally and externally
Communicate effectively with prospects, assess needs, and develop clear and accurate project parameters including scoping descriptions, delivery plans, and budgets
Contribute to pursuits through development of proposals and other materials
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in business, accounting or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in audit, internal audit or related internal control positions
Job relevant certification (e.g. CPA, CIA)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience leading project based work with milestones and workflow driven by objectives and defined timelines
Experience supporting clients within the manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in professional writing, spreadsheet, and presentation creation tools
Able to work within tight deadlines and take responsibility for getting the job done in a timely manner
Ability to travel to meet client needs and work collaboratively with others in-person and remotely
Openness to workday flexibility, agility, remote work environment, leveraging new tools
Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Effective time management and prioritization skills
Established experience in multiple industries or subject-matter expertise in one specific industry

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced UI Developer for a critical new development project involving the rewrite of a legacy system for a prominent financial client. This role demands expertise as a UI Developer with 7-10 years of experience and knowledge in React, Redux, NodeJS, TypeScript, Axios, Echarts, Material UI, AG Grid, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and a strong understanding of Agile methodologies. Familiarity with .NET, SQL Server, and Agile tools like Jira, Confluence, and Gliffy will be advantageous.
Responsibilities:

Collaborate with design and backend teams to create seamless user experiences while adhering to established design guidelines.

Position Overview
The Supervising Financial Analyst will primarily perform financial analysis and regulatory consulting services on behalf of Risk & Regulatory Consulting LLC (RRC) clients, mainly state insurance departments. This position has significant opportunity for advancement as well as personal and professional growth.
Specific Duties and Responsibilities
Perform risk-focused financial analysis to assess insurer financial condition and compliance with laws and regulations
Perform holding company system analysis and other group-supervision services
Review insurer regulatory filings, including requests to approve acquisitions, transactions, dividends and restructurings
Review company licensing and expansion applications
Assist in responding to troubled-company situations
Recommend actions to help enhance insurer solvency and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
Prepare clear, complete, concise, and informative documents and reports
Oversee the quality and consistency of the analytical review process, ensuring appropriate depth of analysis, thorough documentation, and timely resolution of identified issues.
Evaluate and validate conclusions regarding insurer priority levels, recommending adjustments as necessary to ensure alignment with regulatory expectations and risk assessments.
Assess determinations of insurer compliance with applicable state laws, regulations, and NAIC standards, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Lead, mentor, and support RRC and client financial analysts, fostering professional development and promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Maintain and expand expertise in insurance regulatory matters, including statutory accounting principles, insurance laws and regulations, and evolving regulatory best practices.
Required Background and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance; MBA or other relevant advanced degree preferred
Minimum of 7-10+ years relevant experience as a financial analyst, accountant, auditor or examiner with a state insurance department, regulatory insurance consulting firm, public accounting firm or insurance company
Insurance industry or regulatory experience is a must
Dynamic/flexible demeanor with exceptional client-service skills
Strong interpersonal, presentation, analytical and analysis skills
