Verify the VIN number being entered matches the VIN number on the shipper's Bill of Lading. Generate Stock-In sticker & Auction Sale Sticker (Vehicle Run Number) and apply to window. Write vehicle run number on the passenger front side window. Issue new run sticks for vehicles not sold in prior week's auction and input information into AuctionTrac. 3. Safety: Make sure the area conditions do not threaten employee or customer safety. Respond to and follow proper procedures on employee and customer accidents, injuries and loss or damage to any property. Maintain and assure good operating condition of all equipment and facilities. Including handheld computer and printer. Inform the manger or supervisor of all breakdowns and maintenance needs immediately. 4. Other: Practice and promote teamwork at all times. Set a good personal example of attitude and performance. Respond to and follow proper procedures on employee and customer accidents, injuries, and loss or damage to any property.
