Arvind Nithrakashyap has over 16 years of experience building storage, databases and distributed systems. He led the real-time ad infrastructure team at Rocketfuel and started his career at Oracle where he co-founded the Exadata storage platform.

Pete brings 20+ years of legal experience and has served as the top attorney at a number of public and private enterprise focused technology companies. Prior to Rubrik, Pete served as Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at Box and contributed to the company’s successful IPO in 2015. Prior to Box, he served as Senior Vice President and General Counsel at Informatica Corporation, then a public enterprise software company. Pete holds a B.S. in Finance from California State University, Sacramento, a J.D. from the University of the Pacific, and an LL.M. in Comparative Intellectual Property Law from the London School of Economics.

Kiran leads the finance, IT, product operations, and workplace teams at Rubrik. Most recently, Kiran served as VP of Finance & Strategy at Atlassian and contributed to the company’s successful IPO in 2015. Prior to Atlassian, Kiran served as VP at Goldman Sachs, advising clients in the technology industry on capital raising and M&A. Earlier in his career, Kiran led software development teams at Oracle. Kiran holds an MBA from Wharton and engineering degrees from MIT and the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur.
