21 years of age or older.
Someone who exhibits integrity and good moral character to provide appropriate care to youth.
Someone with the relevant experience and/or qualifications to work with youth and youth with special needs.
Able to show proof of immunity to vaccine-preventable diseases transmitted by the respiratory route if working directly with youth, including Varicella, MMR, TDap or Tdap, Influenza; fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Someone who has not engaged in any form of child abuse or neglect, including domestic violence or has not been convicted of engaging or attempting to engage in sexual abuse facilitated by force or is undergoing civil or administrative adjudication.
In possession of, or will complete after hiring: CPR/First Aid, TB test, and physical exam from your PCP as required by Community Care Licensing (CCL).
In possession of, or will complete after hiring, the State mandated 40-hour Domestic Violence counselor certification.
Able to lift 25 lbs.
In possession of a valid CA driver's license, proof of insurance, and be approved by RP insurance as a driver in order to drive agency vehicles. If a staff member cannot be approved by RP insurance as a driver, employment might not be able to continue. Instances where staff cannot be approved to drive will be reviewed on a case by case basis to determine if employment can continue in their role without driving agency vehicles. Items considered include but are not limited to: the shift the staff member holds and the frequency/necessity of driving during that shift, the amount of time before the staff member may be approved to drive by the insurance carrier, the availability of other staff on site to drive agency vehicles as program needs require, etc.
Able to complete all required background checks. Additional requirements may be deemed necessary, including fingerprinting (Live Scan), completion of all Community Care Licensing (CCL) documents, a suitability process through ORR and ability to meet CCL licensing requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in child welfare and/or case management, crisis intervention, peer counseling.
Experienced in working with survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence.
Experienced working with the immigrant community.
Experienced in working in a residential setting providing direct services to survivors.
Understanding of the dynamics of trauma-informed care, as well as an understanding of, and sensitivity to, serving diverse populations and languages as it relates to family dynamics and other aspects of cultural practice.
What You Will Do
The anticipated start date for this position is November 2025. You will report to the Program Coordinator. This position provides necessary shift coverage for the overall operation and function of RP shelter for survivors and victims of domestic violence and/or human trafficking. Additionally, the Advocate (on-call) will provide support and assistance to Case Management staff. This position is on-call and does not have regularly scheduled hours. You will be contacted when there is an available shift to be filled. You must work a minimum of one 8 hour shift every other month at either an adult or youth facility.
Responsibilities include
Monitor the facility during the day, evening, and/or overnight shifts.
Provide general information and referral to hotline callers.
Provide emotional support to residents.
Practice active listening with residents.
Perform telephone screening for potential clients.
Basic maintenance and cleaning tasks (cleaning, chore supervision, stocking, and general supply inventory).
Assist with data entry, filing and additional clerical duties.
Provide confidential, holistic, client-centered, trauma-informed services.
Orient new residents to the facility.
Provide back up in-person coverage to other shelter programs as necessary.
Assist with general shelter operations.
Fill out a functional timesheet by assigned due dates and in compliance with the time allocations.
Actively participate in reflective supervision
Create and maintain documentation of processes and procedures in relation to duties of the job
Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Working Conditions
This position is 100% in person. You must be able to stand for long periods of time and perform physical activities, including lifting up to 25 pounds. You will be subject to frequent interruptions and must be able to multitask and handle stress.
Local travel in the greater Bay Area may be required.

What You Will Do
In this role you will be responsible for processing accurate and timely regular semimonthly payroll for staff members at Restorative Pathways while maintaining compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. You will calculate and process off cycle payroll (i.e. adjustment checks, final checks, etc.). You will administer benefits (medical, dental, 403b, life, etc.). This includes ensuring the benefits are listed accurately in the benefits portal (Ease), payroll system and the HRIS (BambooHR). You will ensure accuracy of data between all systems the HR team uses. This includes entry of updated/new information across all systems/platforms as well as regularly reviewing each system and running parallel reports to actively cross check and maintain data between systems. You will field questions from staff and management and either answer or elevate them. As with other members of the HR team, this role will be expected to work together seamlessly as part of the HR team, communicate with each other and provide cross support as needed.
Responsibilities include
Payroll Processing:
Process regular semimonthly payroll for all Restorative Pathways staff
Manage timesheet scrubbing for semimonthly payroll in accordance with wage and hour laws and agency policies
Process off-cycle payroll as needed including but not limited to adjustment checks, final checks, etc.
Ensure staff receive pay cards or manual checks as applicable
Remit 403b contributions as applicable
Communicate to all staff members on holiday schedule, payroll schedule, regular timesheet reminders and other dates as needed
Benefits administration including:
Send a welcome email to incoming staff members with details on what benefits they qualify for.
Maintain data in the benefits platform including adding and removing staff as appropriate.
Maintain staff records in the retirement plan system including incoming staff, exiting staff, changes of address and any changes in contributions
Ensure existing staff are removed from all benefits they are enrolled in.
Answer staff questions regarding benefits and elevate questions as necessary/appropriate to benefits broker or supervisor.
Ensure staff are enrolled in or removed from benefits as appropriate from changes in scheduled hours.
System/Platform Maintenance
Enter new employee information into all applicable HR systems including the HRIS, timekeeping, payroll, benefits portal and others as appropriate.
Accurately enter personnel information into the appropriate platform. These include but are not limited to: payroll system, HRIS, benefits administration system
Enter changes of status for staff into the applicable HR systems including the HRIS, timekeeping, payroll, benefits portal and others as appropriate
Regularly review personnel information in the HRIS to ensure completeness of information
Regularly run reports between platforms to ensure accuracy of information across systems
Process offboarding of staff members in applicable HR systems including but not limited to payroll, timekeeping, benefits, etc.
Open enrollment:
Ensure all staff enroll or decline benefits by the deadline annually.
Ensure all deductions are entered into the payroll system by the first affected payroll
Ensure benefits summaries are filed for all eligible employees for open enrollment.
Recruiting
Assist hiring managers as needed with review of candidates, phone screens, etc.
Check references for all staff
Other
Train new employees (both management and non-management) on use of the timekeeping and payroll systems
Run monthly reports to ensure renewing qualifications, certifications, etc. are up to date and on file. This includes but is not limited to: ensuring current TB test results are on file (Alameda county requirement for shelters), current drivers license is on file for applicable staff, current clinical license on file for applicable staff, current auto insurance is on file, background checks have not expired, etc.
Assist with maintaining confidential employee files
Respond to internal and external requests and provides assistance, and redirects to the appropriate person when necessary
Maintain I-9 binder and verify incoming employee's work status (including signing I-9)
Work with the appropriate staff to ensure asset tracking in the HRIS is accurate
Complete functional timesheets by assigned due dates in compliance with time allocations.
Actively participate in reflective supervision sessions.
Create and maintain documentation of processes and procedures related to job duties.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Working Conditions
This position is eligible for hybrid in person & remote work. Time spent on-site versus remote working will be discussed and agreed upon with your supervisor. You are expected to be available on-site as necessary given business needs. You must be able to stand for long periods of time and perform physical activities, including lifting up to 25 pounds. What You Will Do
The Security Monitor plays a key role in maintaining a safe, stable, and welcoming environment at Solara House, a residential facility serving individuals impacted by violence, trauma, and homelessness. This position is responsible for monitoring facility safety throughout the night, conducting regular security rounds, observing camera feeds, supporting staff, and ensuring all entrances remain secure. With a calm presence and strong situational awareness, the Security Monitor helps protect the well-being of residents and staff and reinforces the trauma-informed, client-centered values of Restorative Pathways.
Responsibilities include
Facility & Grounds Safety
Conduct scheduled and unscheduled security rounds on all floors, including common areas, hallways, stairwells, and exterior perimeters.
Ensure all facility doors, gates, and access points remain closed, locked, and functioning properly.
Immediately document and report any safety hazards, suspicious activity, or maintenance concerns.
Monitoring & Surveillance
Actively observe security camera feeds throughout the shift, remaining alert to unusual behavior or safety issues.
Maintain accurate logs of rounds, observations, and incidents.
Respond promptly and appropriately to breaches of security, attempted unauthorized entry, or escalating behavior.
Access Control
Manage entry to the facility during nighttime hours, verifying identity and allowing clients inside through the designated front entrance.
Uphold shelter safety protocols when screening visitors and overseeing front-door activity.
Communicate clearly and respectfully with residents during all interactions.
Staff & Client Support
Provide support to overnight program staff by responding to requests for assistance, ensuring safety needs are met, and offering a calm, professional presence during incidents.

What You Will Do
You will report to the Associate Director of Adult Clinical Services. This position has flexibility for some telehealth and also in person. In this role you will provide mental health services to our clients and help support the staff with psychoeducation and professional consultation as it pertains to mental health. This position will also provide you the opportunity to share your knowledge of mental health through presentations and collaboration with other providers within and outside of RP.
Responsibilities include
Carry a small caseload, as needed, and complete progress notes in a timely manner each week.
Run curriculum-based groups, life skills and psychoeducation focused groups at various assigned sites and through telehealth.
Assist in shaping and developing curriculum through client feedback.
Visit assigned shelters and partnered sites (including transitional/reentry housing and jail/prison settings) as needed with possible travel to all Bay Area regions in order to maintain a level of support to clients and staff.
Conduct clinical intakes of new clients using a trauma sensitive approach and identify service needs when appropriate. Assessment includes identifying presenting problems, psychosocial history, mental status exam, and DSM-5 diagnosis.
Clinical interventions include: crisis intervention on-site at any of the shelters and/or while providing telehealth.
Clinical services also include short-term, trauma-sensitive individual and group psychotherapy as well as comprehensive clinical case management, liaison with other health care providers, and referral and accompaniment to community services when appropriate.

What You Will Do
In this role you will be responsible for processing accurate and timely regular semimonthly payroll for staff members at Restorative Pathways while maintaining compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. You will calculate and process off cycle payroll (i.e. adjustment checks, final checks, etc.). You will administer benefits (medical, dental, 403b, life, etc.). This includes ensuring the benefits are listed accurately in the benefits portal (Ease), payroll system and the HRIS (BambooHR). You will ensure accuracy of data between all systems the HR team uses. This includes entry of updated/new information across all systems/platforms as well as regularly reviewing each system and running parallel reports to actively cross check and maintain data between systems. You will field questions from staff and management and either answer or elevate them. As with other members of the HR team, this role will be expected to work together seamlessly as part of the HR team, communicate with each other and provide cross support as needed.

What You Will Do
The Security Monitor plays a key role in maintaining a safe, stable, and welcoming environment at Solara House, a residential facility serving individuals impacted by violence, trauma, and homelessness. This position is responsible for monitoring facility safety throughout the night, conducting regular security rounds, observing camera feeds, supporting staff, and ensuring all entrances remain secure. Responsibilities include:
Facility & Grounds Safety
Conduct scheduled and unscheduled security rounds on all floors, including common areas, hallways, stairwells, and exterior perimeters.

Monitoring & Surveillance

What You Will Do
You will report to the Associate Director of Adult Clinical Services. This position has flexibility for some telehealth and also in person. In this role you will provide mental health services to our clients and help support the staff with psychoeducation and professional consultation as it pertains to mental health. This position will also provide you the opportunity to share your knowledge of mental health through presentations and collaboration with other providers within and outside of RP.
Responsibilities include
Carry a small caseload, as needed, and complete progress notes in a timely manner each week.
Run curriculum-based groups, life skills and psychoeducation focused groups at various assigned sites and through telehealth.
Assist in shaping and developing curriculum through client feedback.
Visit assigned shelters and partnered sites (including transitional/reentry housing and jail/prison settings) as needed with possible travel to all Bay Area regions in order to maintain a level of support to clients and staff.
Conduct clinical intakes of new clients using a trauma sensitive approach and identify service needs when appropriate. Assessment includes identifying presenting problems, psychosocial history, mental status exam, and DSM-5 diagnosis.

What qualifications are required for this position?
A High-School Diploma or equivalent and either
Two years of full-time experience, or its equivalent, working with the population to be served or equivalent education or experience as determined by CDSS or
Two years experience as a member of the social work staff in a group home or short-term residential therapeutic program
21 years of age or older.
Someone who exhibits integrity and good moral character to provide appropriate care to youth;
Someone with the relevant experience and/or qualifications to work with youth and youth with special needs.
Be able to show proof of immunity to vaccine-preventable diseases transmitted by the respiratory route if working directly with UC, including Varicella, TDap or Tdap, Influenza, Fully vaccinated against COVID-19
Someone who has not engaged in any form of child abuse or neglect, including domestic violence or has not been convicted of engaging or attempting to engage in sexual abuse facilitated by force or is undergoing civil or administrative adjudication.
In possession of, or will complete after hiring, CPR/First Aid, TB test, physical exam from your PCP as required by CCL Community Care Licensing.
Able to lift 25 lbs.
In possession of a valid CA driver's license, proof of insurance, and be approved by RP insurance as a driver in order to drive agency vehicles. If a staff member cannot be approved by RP insurance as a driver, employment might not be able to continue. Instances where staff cannot be approved to drive will be reviewed on a case by case basis to determine if employment can continue in their role without driving agency vehicles. Items considered include but are not limited to: the shift the staff member holds and the frequency/necessity of driving during that shift, the amount of time before the staff member may be approved to drive by the insurance carrier, the availability of other staff on site to drive agency vehicles as program needs require, etc.
Able to complete a background check, fingerprinting (Live Scan), and completion of all Community Care Licensing requirement documents. Able to meet all licensing requirements of Community Care Licensing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experienced in child welfare and/or case management, crisis intervention, peer counseling.
Experienced in working with survivors of human trafficking and domestic violence.
Experienced in working in a residential setting providing direct services to survivors.
Understanding of the dynamics of trauma-sensitive care, as well as an understanding of, and sensitivity to, serving diverse populations and languages as it relates to family dynamics and other aspects of cultural practice.
What You Will Do
The anticipated start date for this position is September 2025. You will report to the Facility Manager.. The function of the Youth Counselor is to provide necessary shift coverage and supervision for the overall operation and function of the group home for self-identified youth with a reported history of sex/labor trafficking, domestic violence, or who are at risk of such abuse. Additionally, the Youth Counselor will provide support and assistance to Case Management staff.
Responsibilities include
Monitor the facility during the day, evening, and/or overnight shifts.
Provide emotional support to residents.
Practice active listening with residents.
Perform telephone screening for potential clients.
Basic maintenance and cleaning tasks (cleaning, chore supervision, stocking,cooking, and general supply inventory).
Assist with data entry, filing and additional clerical duties.
Provide confidential, holistic, client-centered, trauma-informed services.
Orient new residents to the facility.
Provide back-up in-person or phone shift coverage to other Shelter Programs as necessary
Assist with general program operations.
Fill out timesheet by assigned due dates and in compliance with the time allocations.
Actively participate in reflective supervision
Create and maintain documentation of processes and procedures in relation to duties of the job
Other duties as assigned by your supervisor
Working Conditions
You are expected to be availableon-site at all times during your scheduled shift hours and days. You must be able to stand for long periods of time and perform physical activities, including lifting up to 25 pounds. You will be subject to frequent interruptions and must be able to multitask and handle stress.
Local travel in the greater Bay Area may be required.

This is a part-time, 16 hours per week, hourly position with a regular schedule of Saturday 11pm - 7am, Sunday 11pm - 7am. This is an in-person position. You Are Also:
Holding an Associate's degree in social services or enrolled in a similar program at an accredited four year College/University. Experience may be substituted for the education requirement.
Experienced in crisis intervention, individual and group counseling, and client advocacy.
Experienced working in a domestic violence and or homeless setting providing direct services to women with children.
Understanding of the dynamics of abusive relationships and a commitment to preventing violence in the home.
Knowledgeable of Trauma Informed Care as well as an understanding of, and sensitivity to, serving diverse populations.
Certified in The State mandated 40-hour Domestic Violence counselor certification. Can be arranged after hiring.

Transport clients when needed.
Includes general maintenance and cleaning, chore supervision, stocking, and general supply inventory as part of extensive advocate duties.
Provide clerical support, including data entry and filing.
Provide confidential, holistic, client-centered, trauma-sensitive services.
Greet new residents, provide tours of the facility, and assist with room orientation.
Assist with general Solara House operations.
Offer in-person or phone shift coverage as backup for other Adult Residential Programs when needed.
Complete and submit functional timesheets by the assigned due dates, adhering to the specified time allocations.
Actively participate in reflective supervision, all RP meetings and training sessions.
Document and maintain all job-related processes and procedures.
Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
