Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing proper work attire and name tag. Be a good communicator both verbally and written. Maintain communication with all departments of the Club - golf pro shop, facilities, grounds. Strong two-way communication with peers and senior leadership. Comply at all times with Oahu Country Club standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient club operations. Maintain all Club service standards. Set example and do not implement or encourage short cuts. Learn and understand all Club Member Rules and other special conditions that are managed by the F&B team such as Honolulu County liquor regulations.
