Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Serves as a Data Center Manager/Sr. Network Engineer at customer's Primary Data Center.
Perform scheduled (daily/weekly/monthly) Preventive Maintenance Inspections (PMI) of the primary data center (environmentals) and hardware supporting the network and core services; document data center environmental findings and report to leadership.
Responsible for providing support to end-user community on difficult hardware, software and network related problems, questions, and use.
Responsible for installs, tech refresh, and maintaining all IT hardware to support customer's Top-Secret Network.
Provides resolutions to out of the ordinary issues for users. If unable to diagnose problem, will work with service desk management or Tier 3 to diagnose and resolve problem.
Ensure core services are servicing customer-base from primary data center and assist with failover procedures to alternate data center when required. This includes functional testing and real-world scenarios. Core Services include but are not limited to the following: Exchange (email), File Services, Print Services, SharePoint Services, and more (based on high-availability and site reduction need).
Responds to trouble tickets, customer calls for support. Responsible for providing in-depth and high level, support to end-user community on hardware, software and network related problems, questions, and use.
Minimum Qualifications:
Minimum of five (5) years of related experience in computer hardware, software, networking systems, and in the set-up, configuration, use, and troubleshooting of computer systems.
Demonstrated experience troubleshooting and resolving issues with data storage, network connectivity, Active Directory accounts and security groups, third-party software, VDIs, desktops, thin clients, printers, scanners, fax machines, and MFDs.
Demonstrated experience managing and updating customer tickets in a ticketing system.
Outstanding customer service skills and practices.
Experience contributing to a service desk technical knowledge base.
Compliance with DoD 8570.01-M/8140.01 and have CompTIA Security+ certification
Preferred Qualifications:
Proficient with Solarwinds Web Helpdesk
Proficient working with SharePoint and supporting customer related issues
Proficient working with and supporting Microsoft Office products
Clearance Requirements:

Duties and Responsibilities:

Typical assignments include:

· Performing physical searches of detained individuals, their vehicles, and their immediate surroundings for weapons, contraband, currency, and other evidence.
· Apprehending, physically restraining, or working with law enforcement officials to identify or apprehend violators of state, federal, or immigration laws.
· Proficient in the use of firearms, preparing investigative reports, serving court orders (e.g., warrants, subpoenas, etc.), and gathering evidence for criminal cases prosecuted through the court system.
If you have previous or current law enforcement or military law enforcement experience, you may qualify at the GS-11 grade level.
GS-11: You qualify for the GS-11 grade level if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, with the authority granted by the state or government to enforce laws, make arrests, and investigate crimes, performing primary duties in an official law enforcement capacity such as:
· Utilizing intelligence information to track illegal operations, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or contraband while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
· Leading investigations of fraud, contraband, criminal activity, threats to our nation, and/or illegal operations to determine sources and patterns while serving as a state, federal, or military law enforcement official.
· Apprehending violators of state, federal, or immigration laws by utilizing various forms of complex technology that include surveillance, detection, situation awareness systems, and/or communications equipment.
The above experience will be applied in connection with the following: Make arrests and exercise sound judgment in the use of firearms; deal effectively with people in a courteous manner in connection with law enforcement matters; analyze information rapidly and make prompt decisions; or develop and maintain contact with a network of informants.
There are no education substitutions for the GL-9 or GS-11 grade-level Border Patrol Agent opportunities.

Residency: You must have had primary U.S. residency (including protectorates as declared under international law) for at least three of the last five years.
Age Restriction: In accordance with Public Law 100-238, this position is covered under law enforcement retirement provisions. Formal Training: After you are hired, you will be detailed to the U.S. Border Patrol Academy in Artesia, New Mexico, for approximately six (6) months of intensive instruction in immigration and nationality laws, law enforcement, and USBP-specific operations, driver training, physical techniques, firearms, and other courses. Border Patrol work requires the ability to speak and read Spanish, as well as English. Border Patrol Agents will be provided training to become proficient in the Spanish language at the Academy.

Sentara Martha Jefferson Health & Wellness Center supports patients who are at risk for or recovering from cardiovascular disease, lung disease and cancer, including monitored exercise and education programs to optimize health and recovery for these patients. The Sentara Health & Wellness team offers patients a comprehensive approach to managing heart disease through Pritikin Intensive Cardiac Rehab , a program that includes education and individualized exercise to support recovery and reduce risk of disease recurrence through healthy lifestyle changes. This all takes place in a safe environment where highly trained staff monitors heart function and can respond immediately to patients' needs.
This 12-person team of Exercise Physiologists, Cardiac Specialists, Respiratory therapists, and Cardiac Rehab RNs help between 70 and 100 patients per day. This role will focus on the intake and patient assessment portion of the duties at the Health and Wellness Center and would expect to see about 2 patients per day for touring the facility, Intake forms, and working on referrals. Background in Telemetry and would be helpful for this role.

The Family Centered Treatment Specialist provides quality psychotherapeutic services to children, adolescents, and families utilizing the Family Centered Treatment model.
Provide Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Services as per the service definition and model fidelity requirements.
FCT Certification is required and must be completed within one year of employment in order to continue to provide FCT services and maintain employment with Health Connect America (HCA).
Complete FCT Checkoffs and other internal trainings within designated deadlines. Trainings are assigned and monitored through an e-learning system.
Deliver FCT services to children, adolescents, and their families, primarily in their living environments, with a family focus.

Convene the Treatment Team for Service Plan.
Consult with identified medical (e.g., primary care and psychiatric) and non-medical (e.g., Dept. of Child Services, school, Dept. of Juvenile Justice) providers; engage community and natural supports and include their input in the person-centered planning process.
Ensure linkage to the most clinically appropriate and effective services including arranging for psychological and psychiatric evaluations.

Role Description
The Head Engineer will oversee the maintenance and operation of the properties' facilities, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and grounds, and pool. Daily responsibilities include conducting routine inspections, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues promptly, managing preventive maintenance schedules, and supervising a maintenance team. Role includes collaborating with external vendors, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations to uphold the highest standards of guest and employee comfort.
Qualifications
Basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance of HVAC, electrical systems, and general building systems.
Experience in team management, training, and coordinating across departments
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills
Knowledge of safety regulations, building codes, and preventative maintenance strategies
Proficiency with relevant technical tools and maintenance software
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with hotel staff
Prior experience in hospitality engineering or property management is a plus

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management or other relevant discipline

Ability to organize, analyze, and problem solve challenges when they occur on assigned projects

Overview of this Position:
The Project Manager/Tech Transfer is responsible for managing tech transfer projects of new products to be transferred into Afton Scientific manufacturing facilities. The ideal candidate is detail oriented and has excellent organizational, communication and management skills to coordinate with the entire team and customers. Also responsible for the creation, monitoring, and control of project schedules, risk management, assigning responsibilities, action items and critical path items, and day-to-day operational aspects of projects and scope. Responsible for authoring project work orders and change orders. Ensures invoice milestones are completed in a timely fashion.
Non-Negotiable Requirements:
• A minimum of five (5) years related work experience in the manufacturing industry as a project lead or project manager
• A minimum of five (5) years regulatory knowledge of pharmaceutical, medical device or similar manufacturing with GMPs, change control, risk management and quality by design
• A minimum of five (5) years experience in developing and managing change controls for the transfer of new products into a manufacturing facility
• Proficiency in project management software required (Smart Sheet, Microsoft, Asana, Trello or similar) including tools and techniques
• Exceptional communication skills; including presentation skills for executive leadership teams
• Ability to influence and manage direct and indirect teams
• Experience in risk management
Preferred Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in project management, biochemistry, or other Life Sciences
Responsibilities Include:
•Lead the initiation, planning, execution, control and closure of tech transfer projects
•Availability to flex schedule to host customers while onsite
•Act as a liaison between customers and team members
•Facilitate the planning and definition of the project scope, milestones, risks, goals, and deliverables through assigning and tracking the implementation of change controls, tech transfer plans, and templated project management tools
•Work with all internal departments at Afton to manage project budget and resource allocation
•Facilitate project status meetings with project team followed up with meeting agendas and minutes to all stakeholders
•Facilitate, document, and track the identification of projects risks and the associated risk mitigation plans
•Communicate relevant project information to sponsors
•Deliver engaging, informative, well-organized presentations
•Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion
•Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change
•Set and manage customer expectations and manage day-to-day interaction
•Communicate effectively with customers to identify needs and evaluate alternative business solutions
•Seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen customer relationships
