Compliance: Maintain accurate vendor master data and ensure compliance with tax and audit requirements (W-9, 1099). Ensure adherence to internal controls and support external audits requests. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. 5+ years of experience in accounts payable, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Retail industry experience required, with strong familiarity with vendor terms and high-volume invoice environments. Experience with factor relationships Experience managing offshore or outsourced teams is highly desirable. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
