Job Summary:
Ruggable is looking for a strategic and hands-on leader to oversee the Manufacturing Quality function. This role is responsible for driving operational excellence by leading a team focused on product quality, process consistency, and equipment validation across multiple manufacturing sites. What You'll Need to Have:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field; advanced degree preferred
7+ years of experience in manufacturing operations with significant experience in quality, reliability, and process engineering
3+ years of experience in a leadership role managing technical teams or functions
Deep understanding of quality systems, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement tools (FMEA, SPC, CAPA, etc.)
Proven success implementing quality and maintenance systems across a manufacturing environment
