You will be responsible for assembly, testing, and preparing shipments, ensuring everything is ready for delivery. Work You'll Do: Package assembled products by securing, tagging, and attaching loose hardware. Prepare packing lists and record shortages in the shipping log. Load packaged equipment onto trucks and coordinate shipping with transportation carriers and customers. Construct customized crates based on part specifications to ensure safe and secure transportation. Build crates using pneumatic tools, radial chop saws, crow bars, impact drivers, and other hand or power tools. Use overhead cranes to move large, heavy, or long items safely and efficiently. Construct skids and crates for outbound shipments, determining optimal skid sizes for load efficiency. Utilize warehouse/shipping/receiving operations or light carpentry/woodworking skills to enhance packaging and crate construction. Basic Qualifications: Ability to read and interpret blueprints, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, fractions, and decimals. Must be able to lift 50+ pounds, climb stairs, and ladders. Strong attention to detail and quality. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, pneumatic tools, radial chop saws, impact drivers, electrical tools, and hand tools.
