CASE MANAGERS SERVED 305 CLIENTS. WITH OPIOID OVERDOSE PREVENTION GRANTS EXPANDING, OUR SCOPE FOR OUTREACH HAS INCREASED ALLOWING US TO PROVIDE MORE INFORMATION AND EDUCATION THAN IN PREVIOUS YEARS. IT IS ALSO HARDER QUANTIFYING AS WE HAVE REPEAT CONTACTS WITH SOME PEOPLE. AS EXAMPLE, IN 2018 AGENCY STAFF DISTRIBUTED OVER 2,000 NALOXONE KITS TO OVER 900 PEOPLE. DUE TO CHANGES IN GRANT FUNDING, HIV AND HCV TESTING WAS REDUCED TO BEING PROVIDED IN OUR SYRINGE PROGRAMS. THROUGH THOSE ENCOUNTERS, OVER 50 PEOPLE WERE TESTED FOR BOTH HIV AND HCV.
