Pros of working at Rural King
People
Cons of working at Rural King
They don't expect management to help out when busy. Product on trucks is always the same thing when we have holes on the shelves for months. Higher ups won't listen to their own employees. Cut a ton of jobs when they could have saved money elsewhere. Maybe the 2 million dollars they spend on popcorn and cut back on trucks we don't need everyday with the same product.

Cons of working at Rural King
6 years with company. You can be a very loyal hardworking person who has missed a handful of days in 6 yrs, an the can tell you something an turn around and do what they want to your family. Never have I ever had a job where they told you what a great employee you are an how hard you work an then come in and cut your hourly wage by $1.50 an hour. How is that Even legal?
