People
They don't expect management to help out when busy. Product on trucks is always the same thing when we have holes on the shelves for months. Higher ups won't listen to their own employees. Cut a ton of jobs when they could have saved money elsewhere. Maybe the 2 million dollars they spend on popcorn and cut back on trucks we don't need everyday with the same product.
Not many
They think the way it worked 60 years ago still works. It dont.
I already mentioned it
A couple people I work close with that have to pick up the slack from the unhelpful management
It could be better, but I know a lot worse
It's good
I like the products/merchandise sold.
Management extremely arrogant, micromanaging, bullying, small minded people.
