This equipment encompasses diesel-powered compact tractors (19HP to 74HP), garden tractors, mowing equipment, UTVs, lawn and garden equipment, and company-owned fork trucks. The position involves service parts ordering and warranty claims filing responsibilities, alongside strong customer communication skills. Demonstrated ability to actively listen, ask relevant questions, and provide thorough and articulate responses. Proficiency with Microsoft Office software Proficiency in navigating and utilizing in-store technology resources, including CRM software, diagnostic programs, barcode scanning systems, and wireless handheld devices. This role involves the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and support of IT hardware, software, and network systems critical to distribution center operations. Provide onsite IT support for desktop PCs, laptops, thin clients, mobile devices, printers, RF scanners, label printers, VoIP phones, and other distribution center technology. Support and troubleshoot warehouse systems such as WMS terminals, handheld devices, conveyor control systems, kiosks, and IP surveillance equipment.
