As a Manager Trainee, you will work closely with Department Management to learn about each department's functions and how they interact to assist in the Distribution Center's success. This 3 month training program will prepare you to focus on and specialize in one department to refine your leadership and coaching skills to assist others in succeeding as well as. Manage and lead team members in your area ? Ensure that all product is received and shipped in the most efficient way ? Keep all work areas in good repair, orderly, clean, and safe ? The Management Internship is a 12-weeks PAID hands-on training experience at our Eau Claire Menards Distribution Center. This internship will run approximately May 2026 - August 2026. If selected for the Program, you will be placed in one of our departments to work directly with an experienced management team. They will teach you the necessary skills to be successful with Menards Distribution Center. You will have the opportunity to gain hands-on management experience. To qualify for the Management Internship, you must be within THREE semesters of graduation and pursuing a bachelor's degree in one of the below concentrations. Additionally, you must have open availability to work 40 hours per week during the summer, and have a desire to pursue a management career. You must possess enthusiasm and the drive to be successful!
