This position requires schedule flexibility since work will be assigned in the morning based on operational needs and your availability.

Job Title: Route Service Representative

Salary Grade: $20 to $24 USD/hour
A Route Service Representative is the position that has been our most sought service job historically. The duties of a Route Service Representative revolve around the ability to build customer relationships and provide quality service. It can be similarly close to what a Route Service Apprentice does. The big difference between the two is that Route Service Representatives or RSRs, will have complete ownership of their route. We empower them to be the main point of contact for all route communications to overcome any customers' obstacles, since they are the people that the customers see and interact with weekly. They are also expected to stay focused on the weekly changes that the customer may demand, such as new employees who need uniforms, making sure that they don't run out of paper and soap products, and answering any billing questions that the customers may have. In this position, you are also required to work the full 40 hours.
As an RSR, you are paid based on the volume of services you provide with an overtime rate. Most of the folks that we have in this field can earn anywhere from $40,000 to $90,000. The RSRs that have been with CITY for a while do their best to build solid customer relationships and make sure that they purchase all products and services that CITY can offer, which leads them to a higher wage range.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify and resolve customer concerns, ensure customer satisfaction with company products and services, develop positive personal relationships with principal customer contacts, and maintain enthusiasm and professional attitude. Maximize customer contract term.
Manage route to maximize efficiency, productivity, and revenue; operate company equipment safely and responsibly, and comply with applicable rules and regulations relating to safety and operation of commercial motor vehicles. Maintain a clean driving record to ensure eligibility for coverage with an insurance carrier. Periodically review safety procedures and the Company Vehicle Manual to ensure compliance at all times.
Maintain open communication at all times with your supervisor and the client to keep lines of communication open and for troubleshooting. Maintain and increase account revenue by selling additional products and services, and develop and implement strategies to identify new business opportunities.
Increase account revenue - rate increases, sample product; share new business opportunities with the sales department - gather sales leads, copy of competitor's invoicing; logo mat artwork.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Maximize customer contract term.

Manage route efficiency and safety;
Positive communication with customers, potential customers, and co-workers.
Product knowledge: pricing types, colors, sizing, inventory control, availability, and product application.

Product management: loose load sheets, inventories, quality (stains, damage of garments), and linen supply.
Load truck: organization, invoices, paperwork, bags.
Account appearance: organization of rails, hanger racks, repair bags, and lockers.
Truck maintenance: timely communication of repairs, preventative maintenance, cleanliness, and accidents.
Ability to lift to 50 pounds frequently.
Ability to drive a commercial motor vehicle for at least 10 hours daily.
This position requires regular and reliable attendance.
QUALIFICATIONS
A clean driving record and a valid driver's license are required.

Job Description
The Operational Program Director (OPD) will be responsible for leadership and coordination of the overall programs which work with persons with ID, DD, Mental Health Diagnosis, medical needs and/or persons on the Autism Spectrum. This position is a mixture of both direct care and supervisory duties.
Hours:
Typical business hours are full-time, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm. As an OPD, you are on call from 8am Monday to 5pm Friday to support staff and coordinators within four to five programs. The position involves working within the programs onsite.
As an OPD, you'll be on call for about 15-30 sites from Friday at 5pm to Monday at 8am, roughly every 3-6 weeks. This schedule includes some holidays, which are shared equally among the on-call group.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities: Majority of duties performed, but not meant to be inclusive or to prevent other duties from being assigned.
* Responsible for professional growth & development of assistant managers, shift leaders and sales associates.
* Responsible for assessing all store employees performance;
* Responsible for partnering with GM and share shift crew best practices and drive store growth and performance.
* Responsible for monitoring performance/customer service and morale of store employees
* Responsible for handling disciplinary action and terminations of store staff (when necessary)
* Responsible for interacting with guests, monitoring store performance based on guest feedback and following up on consumer care compliments and complaints.
* Provide ongoing training as needed regarding new products, promotions, policies etc.
* Compliance with all federal, state and local labor laws.
* Ensure store budget is met per district manager/franchisee
* Ensure proper execution of new product introductions and marketing programs within store
* Complete weekly food and paper inventory
* Complete DCP and other vendor orders weekly or as needed
* Complete temperature & coffee calibration logs, and provide product order and throwaway sheets to central production facility daily. Also complete the red and blue book.
* Complete daily cash management functions (cash reports, deposits etc. in its entire)
* Complete weekly schedule for store personnel
* Responsible for achieving satisfactory and passing scores on all Mystery Shop visits, store visits, ROR, Retail Food Safety & Sanitation Inspections follow up is required on all network and regulatory visits.
* Responsible for creating store action plans to drive store performance around areas of opportunity
* Responsible for the daily maintenance of all equipment, stock areas, sales areas, building and grounds
* Conduct random morning, afternoon and evening store visits to ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
* Ensuring proper staff levels at all times for optimum scheduled times.
* Conducting regular travel paths throughout your shift and taking action on there results
* Make sure that on every shift the pic in charge is running the operations by shift coaching
Minimum Age
* 21+ years old
Additional Job Specifications: Knowledge, skills and abilities normally required for competent performance in the job.
* 2+ years in a food service/retail environment
* Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
* Judgment, tact, and diplomacy to effectively resolve conflicts.
* Intermediate PC skills - ability to use basic word processing and spreadsheet software for internal communications and data analysis.

TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is currently seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to assess, diagnose, and treat individuals with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders. The ideal candidate will deliver evidence-based therapy, work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams, and support patients in achieving meaningful communication outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
Conduct thorough evaluations of patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical assessments and patient goals.
Provide therapy sessions using current, evidence-based interventions tailored to each patient's needs.
Educate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment techniques and strategies for home practice.
Document all assessments, progress notes, and discharge summaries accurately and in a timely manner.
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to coordinate comprehensive patient care.
Maintain compliance with facility procedures, professional standards, and applicable state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech Language Pathologist.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.
Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred in settings such as schools, hospitals, skilled nursing, or outpatient clinics.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
