Clean emergency spills and floods
Strip and refinish all hard floors.
Shampoo all carpets.
Maintain and operate all cleaning equipment both electrical and battery.
Wash walls and ceilings as assigned.
Perform special projects such as hanging drapes and cubicle curtains.
Clean and maintain equipment and request repairs as needed
Report any deficiencies observed in equipment, furniture or fixtures (e.g., needed painting, burnt out exit lights, stained ceiling lights, broken fixtures etc.)
Sign In and Out pagers, keys and equipment.
Clean rolling stock, hospital equipment and related items.
Accountable for cleanliness and neat appearance of assigned area, and that the schedule is complete and all instructions are followed so that the area will pass inspection of supervisors, managers and administrative personnel.
Return all soiled dry/wet mops to designated areas.
Performs related duties as assigned.

Position Qualifications Include:

High School diploma or GED required
Ability to read, write, speak English required
Prior cleaning experience helpful but not essential.
Must demonstrate, after training, skill and controlling all cleaning equipment.
Must be able to demonstrate skills and knowledge of proper use of chemicals and equipment in cleaning, stripping and refinishing floors and in shampooing carpeting and upholstery to achieve desired results.
Must be able to 10 step clean and isolation clean a patient room, cycle clean OR and L&D suites, and terminal clean areas as needed.
Must be able to use Bed Tracking System.
Stand, walk and stoop often while performing duties.
Must be able to push, pull and control cleaning equipment and materials up to 200 pounds in weight, and to move pallets, furniture and large trash objects and containers, and manipulate large damp mop.
Must demonstrate good interpersonal skills.
Must have neat personal appearance.

The Director, CVO Services and Provider Data Management is responsible for overseeing Rush Health's Credentialing Programs - Credentials Verification Organization (CVO) services, Managed Care Delegated Credentialing and Provider Data Management. Job Responsibilities:

1. Managed Care Delegated Credentialing.

2. Providing credentialing and re-credentialing services for Rush Health members.

3. Collaborating with Rush Health departments to on-board prospective Rush Health applicants.

4. Ensuring that the team completes and complies with the contracted payer's credentialing and appointment processes as outlined in the Credentialing Policies and Procedures.

5. Reporting to contracted payer entities new provider additions, terminations, changes/ updates and quarterly rosters.

6. Professional review of applications for completeness and accuracy.

7. Managed Care Health Plan audits.

8. Provide effective systems interface and system design to support medical staff office (MSO) credentialing initiatives.

9. Establish collaborative working relationships to meet and exceed client expectations.

10. Provide expert consultation regarding State, Federal and other regulations which affect the MSO.

11. Ensure compliance with the credentialing and re-credentialing process as outlined in CVO policies and procedures, applicable State Regulations, Licensing Requirements, NCQA, URAC and JCAHO standards.

12. Application management for initial and re-credentialing.

13. Management of expirable certifications and licensures.

14. Accountability for primary source verifications of new and existing medical staff members.

15. Continued development of a centralized database to store all credentialing and privileging provider information for system maintenance, data management and reporting processes.

16. Manage and provide oversight for cross credentialing efforts between Rush Health and its clients.

17. Develop and maintain CVO services agreement with member organizations, adhere to agreement timeframes and deliverables.

18. Maintain NCQA CVO certification.

19. Provide advisory/consultative data support for hospital leadership, IT, Risk, Finance and Marketing throughout Rush and ROPH.

20. Ongoing development and maintenance of tracking provider data.

21. Strategic planning for expanding the scope of credentialing services to CVO clients and Rush Health managed care payers.

22. Serve as liaison with CVO clients, external agencies/vendors, contracted payers and appropriate committees to ensure effective coordination in usage of Rush Health data and credentialing processes.

23. Serve as system administrator for credentialing software vendor; provide internal consulting for CVO clients.
