Responsibilities:
* Sell parts to all designated/assigned "Fleet" customers in the assigned region through the phone, or through direct communications from customers via other telecommunication methods.
* Make sure all external and internal requests for parts are billed on a parts ticket. Must make sure any special billing requirements, like 3rd party customer billing systems, are met according to the fleet customers' needs.
* Keep orderly records of all orders, and special order parts through a shared database program. Communicate with assigned warehouse personnel to facilitate the speedy delivery of orders to customers.
* Set up orders for daily shipment, delivery, or pick-up at the proper store.
* Solicit specific "Fleet" customers, and any assigned accounts, by phone to promote various parts marketing activities.
* Participate in all training programs that are made available.
* Keep current on new products and product updates.
* Participate in maintaining a lost sales tracking program.

* Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance Departments, providing accurate information and paperwork to assist in obtaining customer financing and insurances.
* Promote and support our "One Team" vision. Sell all services offered: Parts, Service, Body Shop, Used Truck Warranties, RushCare Contract Maintenance, and RushCare telematics. Take the initiative to identify the customers' overall business needs and not just their transportation needs.
* Within 6 months sell minimum of 6 units (1 per month), obtain 50 approved accounts in CRM, and have a minimum of 1 finance contract, 1 Used Truck Warranty, 1 RushCare contract maintenance contract, and 1 RushCare telematics contract.
* Meet Account Management, Productivity and Performance requirements as outlines in the Used Truck Personnel System and Standardization Framework.
* Complete all required training as outlined in the Used Truck Personnel System and Standardization Framework.
* Conduct business ethically and professionally, assuring a favorable impression of self and the company.
* Maintain a safe work environment by observing safety procedures and by requiring that all staff follow the required safety rules and regulations.

Therapy Assistant Paraprofessional and ABA Behavior Technician Education Requirements
Bachelor's degree preferred
BACB RBT 40 hour Credential required
At least 60 semester hours of college credit or successful completion of a paraprofessional exam
Willingness to obtain a paraprofessional license
Experience working with children is a plus

Blue Bird Day is an intensive therapy program for children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental disorders. Our therapies are offered in a preschool-like setting, but instead of teachers, our "classes" are run by therapists. Our collaborative team provides occupational, physical, speech, developmental, ABA, and other therapies to help our clients reach their unique goals. We have locations in Chicago's West Loop and Northcenter neighborhoods and in Wheaton, and we're growing!
