The Larson Group Peterbilt is looking for an experienced Service Foreman to join our dynamic team. Exercise direct supervision of mechanical personnel. Assist them when necessary in diagnosis of customer complaints and recommending needed repairs. Assist in greeting customers, writing repair orders, and estimating repair costs.

Responsibilities:
Daily supervision of service technicians. Assigning work accordingly.
Managing tech's time on jobs. Ensuring techs maintain desired efficiency and productivity goals set by the Service Manager.
Maintain shop policy to keep below 2% of revenue.
Check and review work in progress and follow-up for completion as scheduled. Maintaining closure rate of under 15 days and max 5-day lag.
Inspect and, if necessary, road test vehicles to ensure work has been completed properly.
Ensure all safety rules and all TLG policies are followed at all times.
Resolve customer complaints, keep Service Manager informed of all customer complaints and technician problems.
Assist in maintaining a clean shop and making sure that special tools and shop equipment are in proper operating condition and being used correctly.
Assists Service Writer in opening and completing Repair Orders and estimates.
Act as liaison between customer and technicians.
Review repair orders to ensure all technicians have entered detail description of repair and T/S steps. All pictures and down loads are saved and attached to Paccar Solutions / Decisiv. Warranty parts have been properly tagged and saved.
Pre-plan parts requirements for each job ensure parts are available when needed.
Work with Service Manager and New and Used Truck Salespersons to ensure all sold trucks are prepared properly for the customer.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Should possess a High School diploma.
A certificate or degree from a trade school is preferred, but not required.
Must possess or be able to obtain a CDL. Experience in a related field is required.

Control movement of heavy equipment through narrow openings or confined spaces, using chain-falls, gin poles, gallows frames, and other equipment.
Inspect rigging to ensure safety and reliability.
Ensures that proper safety and incident reporting procedures are followed, brings problems to the attention of the Operations Manager, Superintendent, Safety Director, or HR Representative.
Follows daily foreman procedures and protocols as set forth in job orientations and trainings.
Displays excellent communication skills including presentation, persuasion, and negotiation skills required in working with coworkers and including the ability to communicate effectively and remain calm and courteous under pressure.

JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for guiding day-to-day operations of field maintenance for all athletic fields, including turf maintenance, baseball/softball repairs and daily grooming, soccer goal mouth repair, irrigation, field layout, application of fertilizer and herbicides, mowing, outdoor ice rinks and snow removal. Works closely with the Assistant Superintendent to coordinate day-to-day operations. Other duties include:
Provide leadership and coordinate crews in the field
Conduct thorough park athletic field inspections on a regular basis
Turf maintenance, including seeding, topdressing, aerating, fertilizing and spraying applications of herbicides and insecticides
Baseball/softball field daily grooming and repairs, including rebuilding mounds and batters' boxes, resetting bases, lip removal, dirt leveling, fence repairs and home plate repairs
Track material usage
Act as the Supervisor-on-Duty in the absence of the Assistant Superintendent
Organize a task from start to completion in an efficient and timely manner and keep crew members working effectively at all times
Communicate matters of importance in a timely manner
Recommend improvements and efficiencies
Conduct all work in a safe manner, including using personal protective equipment and safety devices as required; identifies and reports any real or potential safety hazards
Irrigation troubleshooting and repairs
Construction, maintenance and repair of outdoor ice rinks
Seasonal duties (snow removal, salting, etc.)
Performs other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Must have an Associate's Degree or professional certification in a building trade or related field. Will consider significant and material experience in lieu of formal education. At least seven (7) years of relevant experience required in athletic field maintenance. Professional certification(s) and/or active membership in a professional association is desirable. Pesticide Applicators License required or ability to obtain within six months. Valid Illinois driver's license required.
SCHEDULING & PAY
This is a full-time, year-round, hourly (non-exempt) position working Tuesday through Saturday from 7:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Potential for schedule change based on department needs. Must be available for required overtime, special events and weather-related duties. The pay range is $33.99-$41.64/hour ($70,699-$86,611 annually), commensurate with experience.

Job Description
The Foreman will be responsible for the supervision and performance of various construction tasks in the areas of tower erection, coaxial cable and antenna installation, antenna mount installation, RF testing and troubleshooting. This position is for candidates with extensive experience in cellular construction. Foreman will be required to closely supervise and assist with the construction and testing of cell sites. Foreman will need to be able to lead experienced technicians, as well as train new technicians, while maintaining safe productive job sites. Ability to lead crews, extensive experience with construction, testing, and troubleshooting/maintenance are a must. Must be detail oriented and team oriented.
Responsibilities
Planning daily activities for crew and assigning tasks as required.
Monitoring crew activities and ensuring all safety policies are being followed. Observe all company procedures and safety rules.
Read Plans, Site Plan and Tower Drawings
Installation and maintenance of mounts, platforms, antennas, RRU's, TMA, and other related equipment on towers, rooftops, and other structures to expand and upgrade cellular networks.
Installation and maintenance of coaxial and DC power/fiber optic transmission lines.
Installation and maintenance of microwave equipment.
Testing of new and existing equipment. May include sweep, PIM, or fiber testing.
Installation of ice bridges, cable trays, equipment pads, racks, and platforms.
Installation of underground and in building conduits for electrical and back haul circuits.
Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions; including but not limited to snow, rain and varying temperatures.
Work as part of our team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Be the Uptime expert and enforce the Volvo Uptime workflow
Assists technicians in developing their skills.

Our Site Supervisors are the onsite project owner of construction and installation phases with a primary goal of safely delivering a successful installation that conforms to design, schedule, and cost. The Site Supervisor must develop and maintain a trusted relationship with clients while also managing suppliers, third parties and direct reports. The Site Supervisor is also the main conduit of communication with KPI leadership and must provide frequent updates including daily reports and alerts. The incumbent ensures the site office operates smoothly and efficiently, receiving and directing visitors.
Deliver exceptional client service while professionally representing KPI as the primary onsite point of contact. Collaborative and proactive liaison and co-ordination with customer site representative.
Establish and monitor compliance with health and safety practices while delivering the installation that results in zero incidents.
Oversee the work of sub-contractor site supervisors to ensure work completion meets expectations. Conduct regular updates/meetings (weekly at a minimum) to keep all parties informed and on track.
Supervise and coordinate the mechanical and electrical installation, ensuring that the installation is in line with the project installation specifications, safety, and drawings.
Strong commitment co-ordination and monitoring of safety in general. Hold regular safety meetings with all site personnel, including sub-contractors.

Requirements
