About the Role
As an RBT at Blue Bird Day, you will provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy to children ages 2-7 years old with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), ADHD, sensory processing disorder, and other neurodiverse needs. You'll foster each child's cognitive, social, emotional, adaptive, and developmental growth through:
Providing individualized therapy
Collecting data on programming
Implementing evidence-based intervention plans under the supervision of a BCBA
Collaborating daily with physical, occupational, and speech therapists, and social workers
Documenting progress and communicating with families to support continuity of care

* Check on progress of repair throughout the day. Contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and gets proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
