Responsibilities:
* Check in all daily incoming shipments for all vendors by comparing actual count to packing slip.
* Post all incoming packing slip into the computer. Follow all company procedures for shortages or damaged parts.
* Process all incoming stock orders within 24 hours.
* Put away all incoming stock in the appropriate bin location as indicated in the computer. Ensure that all parts put into stock are properly labeled with a barcode bin label.
* Locate all new parts posted into stock determine the correct location and make changes in the computer along with labeling new parts.
* Check in all incoming interbranch shipments from all branches by comparing actual count to the packing slip.
* Process all inter-branch packing slips into the computer. Generate a picking list and places parts in the appropriate area for delivery of shipment.
* Dispose of any packing material not needed after each shipment is checked in.
* Pull all customer orders as indicated on the picking list and place in either will call, package for shipment, or dispatch for delivery.
* Keep the parts warehouse clean and organized. Follow all corporate safety guidelines and policy.
* Maintain all parts in "will call" by ensuring that all parts pulled are placed in the appropriate "will call" bin and all paperwork associated with the order is placed with the parts.
* Maintain all junk core inventory by ensuring that all cores are checked in and tagged with the customer information, original invoice number and credit memo number. Place all junk cores in the assigned area and returns weekly. Ship or dispatch delivery of all cores to respective vendors.
* Dispatch parts drivers to addresses indicated on the sales invoice or purchase order.
* Must be able to read a map and develop specific driving directions and instructions to be provided to each driver as needed.
* Process and maintain all returns by properly putting up all parts being returned from customers. Ensure that parts are in new re-saleable condition.
* Must file freight claims for any shortages or damaged parts received within 24 hours of receipt.
* May be required to serve as backup to Parts Driver in the event of absence or emergency delivery.
* Pull returns to go back to vendor. Properly package and process for shipping out.

Basic Qualifications:

Responsibilities:
Check in all daily incoming shipments for all vendors by comparing actual count to packing slip.
Post all incoming packing slip into the computer. Follow all company procedures for shortages or damaged parts.
Process all incoming stock orders within 24 hours.
Put away all incoming stock in the appropriate bin location as indicated in the computer. Ensure that all parts put into stock are properly labeled with a barcode bin label.
Locate all new parts posted into stock determine the correct location and make changes in the computer along with labeling new parts.
Check in all incoming interbranch shipments from all branches by comparing actual count to the packing slip.
Process all inter-branch packing slips into the computer. Generate a picking list and places parts in the appropriate area for delivery of shipment.
Dispose of any packing material not needed after each shipment is checked in.
Pull all customer orders as indicated on the picking list and place in either will call, package for shipment, or dispatch for delivery.
Keep the parts warehouse clean and organized. Follow all corporate safety guidelines and policy.
Maintain all parts in “will call” by ensuring that all parts pulled are placed in the appropriate “will call” bin and all paperwork associated with the order is placed with the parts.
Maintain all junk core inventory by ensuring that all cores are checked in and tagged with the customer information, original invoice number and credit memo number. Place all junk cores in the assigned area and returns weekly. Ship or dispatch delivery of all cores to respective vendors.
Dispatch parts drivers to addresses indicated on the sales invoice or purchase order.
Must be able to read a map and develop specific driving directions and instructions to be provided to each driver as needed.
Process and maintain all returns by properly putting up all parts being returned from customers. Ensure that parts are in new re-saleable condition.
Must file freight claims for any shortages or damaged parts received within 24 hours of receipt.
May be required to serve as backup to Parts Driver in the event of absence or emergency delivery.
Pull returns to go back to vendor. Properly package and process for shipping out.

Job Description
The Lubrication Technician will be responsible for lubricating cars in a quick, yet thorough manner, and for carrying out his responsibilities through coordination with the Production Foreman.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Perform all lubrication services.
· Perform thorough check of customer's car (i.e., battery, lights, tires), referring all needed repairs and preventive maintenance to Service Advisor.
· Operate and maintain all lubrication equipment.
· Receive repair order from either the Service Salesman or the Production Foreman and proceed to service lift.
· Lubricate entire car while looking for other items which may need repair.
· Ensure that the customer's car is kept clean.
· Make certain all equipment is in proper working order, especially the lifts.
· Use adequate, but not excessive, amounts of materials and supplies.
· Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.
Qualifications
· Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance.
· Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
· Two years of experience as a technician's helper or apprentice in an automobile dealership.
· Manual dexterity.
· Good judgment.

What is an HUB Inventory Specialist? Hub Inventory Specialist is responsible for Hub order fulfillment and Inventory control. The individual in this role should have good knowledge of store systems, basic parts knowledge and good interpersonal skills. The role has in-depth knowledge of the store inventory and requires the ability to network with nearby stores, Hubs, pdq and external suppliers for order fulfillment. This position is full time. Position can be MVR certified and should complete all training materials and attend all store meetings.
Primary Responsibilities
Responsible for Hub operations and resolution of Hub orders in a timely manner
Review Hub orders, pulling parts, stage product, finalize paperwork
Interaction with Drivers on paperwork, instructions, etc.
Engaging store to facility network to determine part sourcing and logistics solutions; work with ordering store for fulfillment options if unavailable in network
Work with GM, DL and SSC support for proper inventory mix and levels
Inventory accuracy and functions- Cycle Counts, Outages, Planograms, Maxi changes, Price Changes, Front & Face, Truck lead
Manage and comply with all Hub records and all paperwork policies and procedures
Secondary Responsibilities
Additional Inventory activities including Overstocks, Callbacks, Resets
Safely deliver parts to customers as needed
Assist with Front Room Inventory functions
Assist with cores and defects
Fixed Activities: Store Cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot

Should be well mannered, neat in appearance and possess the ability to meet and deal with the public in an unbiased manner.
Previous work records should demonstrate stability and performance results.
Scheduling factors necessitate that the individual should be able to come to work on short notice, and/or work flexible hours including nights and weekends.
Immediately report to General Manager and/or District Leader any violation of company policy or procedure.
