The Used Truck Sales Representative solicits truck sales business within assigned territory, customarily and regularly in-person and away from the assigned work location. Specific detail includes: all sales calls made to customers, appointments, follow-ups, quotes and any other business conducted. * Maintain current knowledge of truck specifications. * Proper completion of all paperwork associated with a truck sales transaction. * Obtain Sales Manager's approval on all truck deals. * Coordinate service work such as PDI, miscellaneous add ons and/or repairs with the service department. Purchase Order with an authorized signature is required before the truck is sent to service. * Coordinate with the Finance and Insurance Departments, providing accurate information and paperwork to assist in obtaining customer financing and insurances. * Promote and support our "One Team" vision. Sell all services offered: Parts, Service, Body Shop, Used Truck Warranties, RushCare Contract Maintenance, and RushCare telematics. What is an HUB Operations Lead? The Hub Operations Lead is responsible for the day-to-day operations and workflow of all HUB functions to include execution of store Hub order fulfillment, Inventory control and all associated processes. The Lubrication Technician will be responsible for lubricating cars in a quick, yet thorough manner, and for carrying out his responsibilities through coordination with the Production Foreman. Duties and Responsibilities: * Perform all lubrication services. * Perform thorough check of customer's car (i.e., battery, lights, tires), referring all needed repairs and preventive maintenance to Service Advisor. * Operate and maintain all lubrication equipment. * Receive repair order from either the Service Salesman or the Production Foreman and proceed to service lift. * Lubricate entire car while looking for other items which may need repair. * Ensure that the customer's car is kept clean. * Make certain all equipment is in proper working order, especially the lifts. * Use adequate, but not excessive, amounts of materials and supplies. * Must follow all company safety policies and procedures, and immediately report any and all accidents to a manager or supervisor.

What is a Salesperson? Entry level sales position capable of supporting the DIY business and achieve our sales and service objectives.
